科隆Grüner Leo附近住宿

I stayed for 2 nights on a trip through Europe. The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Cologne Cathedral. What I liked: The great location. The friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Great Breakfast with lots on offer. Easily accessible. The bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like: The room I was given was tiny with no window. It was so so hot and sadly that affected my sleep. The room had air conditioning but it didn’t work and just circulated hot air. However, the kind man on reception offered me another room, but I was already settled and for such a short stay didn’t want to pack everything up again. Regardless of that, I’d be happy to stay here again and the price I paid was incredibly reasonable, being so close to the centre of the city.

辦理入住手續可以更快,以稍微禮貌的語氣。最小的房間有足夠的空間過夜,浴室可以更有功能,有更多的存儲選擇,淋浴很棒。第二天早上,當早餐“送”時,令人不快的驚喜就來了。早餐在紙箱裏遞出來時,要按字面意思來取。裏面有兩個三明治(火腿和臘腸),一個煮硬的雞蛋和水果。如果那不符合你的口味-祝你好運!不要誤解我:我可以吃糟糕的早餐,我可以(過度)支付好的/半途的早餐,但對於14歐元,我希望有超出素食、素食或正常水平的選擇。如果你希望將來改變,我也必須讓你失望:接待員很清楚這個提議是一個騙局。

我最近入住了科隆希爾頓酒店，對這次體驗感到非常滿意。酒店在多個方面都表現出色，尤其是其便利的地理位置讓我印象深刻。 優點： 交通便利： 酒店位於科隆市中心，距離科隆中央火車站僅幾分鐘的步行路程。這使得無論是乘坐火車到達還是在市內遊覽都非常方便。附近還有許多公共交通選項，可以輕鬆前往城市各個角落。 地理位置優越： 除了交通便利，酒店周圍還有許多著名景點，如科隆大教堂、萊茵河和主要購物街。步行即可到達這些地方，省去了不少交通時間。 舒適的居住體驗： 酒店的房間設計現代，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，房間內的清潔度也非常高。無論是商務出行還是休閑旅行，這裏的居住環境都非常令人滿意。 服務： 酒店的服務非常周到。前台工作人員友善且樂於助人，入住和退房手續辦理非常順利。客房服務也很及時，滿足了我們的各種需求。 早餐： 酒店提供的早餐種類豐富，品質優良。有新鮮的麪包、各式奶酪、熱食和冷食，能滿足各種口味的需求，是一天美好的開始。 不足： 價格： 作為一家高檔酒店，科隆希爾頓的價格相對較高。雖然價格與提供的服務和設施相符，但對於預算有限的旅客來説，可能需要考慮這一因素。 總體來説，科隆希爾頓酒店是一個非常值得推薦的住宿選擇。無論是其便利的交通、優越的地理位置，還是舒適的居住體驗，都讓我對這次入住感到非常滿意。無論是商務旅行還是休閑度假，這裏都是一個理想的下榻之地。

Exactly what you’d expect from an ibis hotel. Rooms were very small but clean, and adequate for just showering and sleeping every night. Good location right near Barbarossaplatz station, lines 16 and 18 can take you straight into the city centre. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but right next to the station was a ‘BackWerk’ which had all you’d need for a quick breakfast.

這麼實惠的價格入住萬豪，性價比簡直太高了，離科隆火車站走路三到5分鐘，房間很大，床也大。非常乾淨，衞生間也綽綽有餘。如果下次來科隆一定還住在這裏。

Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and the best hotel from Accor Hotels. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay. As soon as I realised it, I contacted the hotel. The staff helped me to change my reservation dates. While on my trip, due to the strikes in France and problems with the train connections I had to postpone my meeting online. I sent an email to request to check in early since I will be having my meeting at 1 p.m. Ms Wulff made the necessary arrangements prior to my arrival. On my arrival I was able to check in early and able to proceed with my online meeting. Without her help I would not be able to conduct my meeting. On the next day, I had another online meeting. Her colleague made the necessary arrangements so that the housekeeping team could get the room cleaned before lunch and my next online appointment. Till date I have stayed in a number of hotels from the Accor Hotels group. In comparison to M Gallery am Konzerthaus in Wien, Hotel Mondial am Dom in Cologne exceeds my expectations. Professionalism The staff at the reception were not only friendly and good at what they are doing, they are also willing to help and went an extra mile to make things possible. I would not have been able to get my work done if they did not help me. Even when checking out, the staff was professional and showed interest to assist customers whenever they dan. View of the Cathedral I managed to get a glimpse of the cathedral from my room. Dinner I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was not only affordable, the service was impeccable. The waiter even suggested where I could sit so that I can get the best view of the area. Awesome! I would like to thank the remarkable staff for making my stay in Köln memorable und unforgettable. I would definitely be staying in this hotel again when I visit Cologne. In German (Deutsch) Das Hotel Mondial in Köln ist mein Favorit und ist mit Sicherheit das Hotel von der Accor Hotel Gruppe. Ich habe bei der Buchung das falsche Datum eingegeben und musste meine Buchung ändern. Die Mitarbeiterin. hat mir geholfen meine Buchung zu ändern. Wegen Streiks und Probleme mit Deutsch Bahn musste ich meine Termine verschieben. Ich habe das Hotel gefragt ob ich früher einchecken kann um mein Termin online wahr zu nehmen. Frau Wullf hat alles für mich arrangiert damit ich meinen Termin online fortsetzen kann. Am nächsten Tag habe ich auch einen Termin online. Der Kollege von Frau Wulff hat mit dem Housekeeping-Team koordiniert damit das Zimmer von 13 Uhr fertig gereinigt ist. Dadurch könnte ich meinen Termin um 14 Uhr wahrnehmen. In diesem Hotel sind die Mitarbeiter:innen nicht nur freundlich sondern auch hilfsbereit. Diese Motivation ist leider eine Seltenheit auch bei den Luxus-Marken von Accor. Das Hotel liegt in Köln recht zentral. Auch die Möglichkeit direkt im Hotel zu frühstücken hat wohl den Ausschlag für die Buchung gegeben. Jedoch schon bei der Ankunft zeigte sich das an der Rezeption vor und nach mir es wohl Lautstärkedifferenzen zwischen den Buchungen der anreisenden Gäste und den Verständnis, der nur bedingt deutsch sprechenden Dame an der Rezeption gab. Mein mitreißender Kollege hat er eindeutig Frühstück mit bestellt. Musste dies aber am nächsten Morgen lautstark einfordern. Ich selbst, bin sehr viel in Hotels unterwegs hab es aber extrem selten erlebt, dass das Personal gegenseitig immer wieder lautstark vorgestern um Abläufe, welche eingeübt sein sollten, stritten. Mein Zimmer selbst war abgewohnt und hatte wohl den Flair der 1980 Jahre. Stromkabel einfach an die Wand geklebt, mit der Hoffnung, dass diese sich nicht wieder lösen. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Was den Grund, dass Mitarbeiter und Gäste sich ständig negativ anschreien.

This was my first time back since my military days and having travelled through Germany in the 3 years I was here, I haven’t changed my opinion that Cologne is the best city to visit. This time I was here for the FIBO fair and stayed at the Mercure for the first time. As expected it was first class and the hospitality of its staff was impeccable. The hotel is out to the west which means a 20-30 minute tram ride into the main area around the cathedral and river but once you master the payment system you will enjoy the experience, with the trams being on time throughout. The only criticism is that being a fitness person and witnessing others like me staying at the hotel, the gym was poor consisting of only 3 cardio machines in a tiny room. A small set of dumbbells would be a welcome addition and would have justified a 5 star instead of the 4 I have given. Otherwise well done to all the staff for a highly enjoyable stay.
