I have never experienced such bad customer service as I did staying here for 4 nights. Housekeeping never came and cleaned our room. When I called and asked why our room wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t replenished, the front desk was rude about and each time had some lame excuse. Every day I had to go and ask front desk for clean towels. Pool is not very safe, some random person just jumped over fence and was sitting in pool area smoking. To top it off the last day were there the breakfast lady yelled at my 10 year old son because apparently he spilled a little waffle batter on the floor. Overall very dissatisfied with my stay. At $200 dollars a night this hotel needs to work on customer service satisfaction.
