DON’T STAY HERE! The repeat bad reviews are true. This place was not our first choice but was one of the few hotels in the area with availability on 5/20 due to weekend events where other hotels had tripled rates. To start, these rooms are run down and filthy. Next, our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and hotel staff knew this because they had the window open and door propped wide open and a/c on when we arrived to our room. Even worse? We found bed bugs at 2am! A couple of them were on my daughter when she woke up to use the restroom!! We checked the bed and found another crawling on top of the fitted sheet on the side of the mattress! Then had to kill a big spider in the bathroom on top of killing the bed bugs! My daughter had multiple bed bug bites on her arms. I called the front desk to report the problem and that we needed to move rooms and the man working understood why we were grossed out and moved us to a different floor. It took the 3 of us a long time to pack up to make sure there were no bed bugs in our belongings or on us. I asked the man at the front desk to check the beds at our next room and he said he did. He also said he let the manager know about what happened. We double checked our next room/beds ourselves as well. If it wasn’t in the middle of the night we would have definitely left and asked for a full refund. We didn’t get much sleep at our next room from worrying if every little thing we felt was a bug crawling on us wondering if that room had them too even though we checked the best we could. Horrible night. Upon checkout I asked for a manger to contact me to discuss reasonable compensation for our bad night and the inconvenience to our stay. You would think good customer service would be relevant here but nope. No courtesy. I was told a manager would call me. One never did. So I called on 5/26 and spoke to the assistant manager. He said per hotel policy he could not give me a discount because they moved us to another room and we stayed the rest of the night. Sounds like a way to keep customers money even when their hotel had failed to make sure there weren’t bed bugs or other insects in guest rooms. My understanding of their policy is we were expected to leave at 3am with nowhere to go in order to receive a discount or refund. Ultimately, the assistant manager told me to contact Wyndham because he could do nothing for me and they will notify the owner of my issue. He offered a credit but we would never stay at this hotel again. Are you kidding me?! The only good part of this hotel is the front desk staff we encountered which included the assistant manager upon check-in, they were polite and welcoming. Otherwise, JUST NO.

預訂這家酒店是USATF Jr Olympics可用的有限酒店之一,我的兒子在2周前有資格。擁有希爾頓黃金狀態。在應用程序上提前檢查,因爲我被提示這樣做。我們下午3:30到達,被告知房間沒有,但他們可以給我一個類似的房間。房間有前一位客人的髒毛巾,很小。2張雙人牀,窗戶附近的牀/牀墊非常不舒服,顯然壞了。AC/加熱單元用黴菌/灰塵蛋糕,見圖片。早餐的食物令人不胃口,不能食用。沒有提供水果,選擇非常有限,雞蛋坐在液體的水坑裏。房間因需求超過$300/night,深感失望。走廊上到處都是污垢。一切都很舊,需要工作/注意。油漆全程剝落。希爾頓可能忘記了他們擁有這個悲傷的財產。

We were in College Station for a show and reserved the Microtel for our stay! It was a great experience and from the time we entered the hotel, my daughter was so excited about staying here. The staff was very nice and even helped me in locating my brand new Oakley shades that I misplaced upon check in. The hotel was very clean and quiet. I was able to rest each evening without worries of being woken up with loud neighbors. Thank you for such a nice experience. We will be back!
