Was great stay will go n stay again

We had wonderful stay in our way Houston. Clean room, cold , and very spacious room. The fridge in the room was very nice.

The room met our needs well. The rest of the hotel is in need of remodelling which is apparently ongoing according.

Staff was nice but the beds were not great. Very hard and you can feel all the springs inside the mattress. The beds are also on thin metal box bed frame so every time you rolled over at night they would make a loud popping noise. Our shower handle to turn the water on and off also wasn’t mounted to the shower itself. So every time you turned the water on or off the pipes, handle, and faucet would move. The room itself was clean and spacious enough we were able to put up the pack n play and still have plenty of room. Not a bad hotel, just not great.

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but this time I have to. The pictures don’t correspond to this property. I didn’t see a single chandelier in the building. The girl at front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I think she was brand new. When we got to our room, the sheets were stained and the bathroom was dirty. We ended up leaving the hotel and booking a different one.

Looks like they had water damage. A lot of patches up holes and water spots and/or painted over. The photos online are deceiving.

Vanessa, at the front desk, was very helpful and friendly! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! The location was easy access to the highway and restaurants! The rooms facing the highway allow for pretty loud noise though. Take earplugs.

Hotel room door wouldn’t latch so door wouldn’t close. All someone had to do was push door and they would have had entry. Shower temperature handle wouldn’t stay on hot it would slide to cold temp. Second person to shower pulled the lever up and the whole thing came off in their hands. Staff was helpful and tried to make accommodations however traveling with daughter alone did not feel safe staying for our second night.

Very large rooms, clean, and comfortable! Recommend a more welcoming lobby and breakfast area.
