Une suite comme à la maison. Une cuisine complète avec lave vaisselle, un grand divan vraiment plus qu’une chambre un bon rapport qualité prix avé un petit déjeuner. Tout simplement parfait.

The property was quiet,staff very friendly and helpful. Front desk employee Michelle was really helpful, welcoming,pleasant and friendly; as well as the restaurant staff. Will definitely stay at Residence Inn again and will recommend it to others.

We book a one bedroom but are initially given a room without a bedroom. The tubs are not draining well and the carpets need cleaning because they allow pets so it smells

It was a horrible experience the email i got said that check in was at 3pm when i got here at 3pm after driving 220 for 3 hrs the lady at the counter was really rude she told me that my email doesnt matter their policy is check in is 4pm i showed her my confirmation email and she just kept repeating check in is 4pm and we can wait in our car or the lobby i had 13 ppl coming from all over fl for an event at 4pm they had all of us standing in the lobby until almost 5pm waiting for my room to be ready and wouldnt do anything for the inconvenience i will never get a room here again

Liked everything. Room was spacious and well appointed. Do not like carpet in general as carpet can hide stuff

Great newer hotel in Coconut Creek. Perfect for families wirh large rooms available. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel in an area where there aren't a lot of options.

Stayed over Thanksgiving 2023. Was able to get early check-in around 1:30 so could go to kids house. Staff is great, rooms are comfortable and have everything needed for extended stays.

Great location, very clean, very comfortable. My only complaint is that they should add a sign in the west parking lot to direct visitors to the front door when checking in.
