This hotel is outdated. The ice makers on most floors were not working. The sink in the bathroom was very loose and the carpet in the bedroom was dirty. The staff was excellent. When we went to check in with 3 people they wanted to give us a king rooom w/o a pull our sofa they eventually were able to accommodate us.

This property was very well located near shopping and dining experiences. We were within 2 miles of everything we wanted to do after spending our days in the Atlanta area. Great shopping variety and my wife and I felt safe the entire time. Easy to drive into Atlanta from here. We are looking to come back to Atlanta in the fall and will likely stay at this hotel again.

Woke up with 4 mysterious itchy bites on my arms and legs, to my horror a quick google of past reviews showed past guests took pics of bed bugs in his room.. I am worried that is what bit me.. Carpet and AC is old and smelly, just like the rest of the furniture, please don't stay here.

Not allowed to check in till 5 pm. That threw all plans out the window. You should not offer latr checkout when the lobby is full of guests trying to get in.

We arrived later than expected due to bad weather. The bed was good but the air conditioner was dated and ran like a train about to derail and it was still hot. The sink was stopped up.

We liked the refrig and microwave. We didn't like not having a closet. And the shower curtain needs to be longer. It had to be modified to keep water from flooding floor.
