皇家級飯店(Royal Class Hotel)

The stay started by an unfriendly receptionist and being given a room that was not tidied up. So back to reception with the suitcase to get another room. The second day brought another surprise - at 21h the "discotheque from the 90s" music started blasting to the extent that the furniture in my room was shaking, as I was given a room right above the event space. The receptionist informed me in a lackluster way that the event is booked till 23h and if I want I can go to sleep to a room on higher floors for 2 hrs till they finish?! Of course the music went on till almost midnight. The wifi in the room worked at minimum, the breakfast was very basic. Overall, the level of service was poor, and would not recommend to stay at this hotel, there are much better options in Cluj.

Extremely loud music late in the night and well after midnight. Even on the 4th floor, one could clearly hear the music. This is not a place to sleep. Is this hotel or a discotheque with beds? At the hotel reception, we were informed that they just forgot to tell us about it.

The hotel itself is acceptable, however not even close to 4*. There was some kind of event, that kept extremely loud dj music even late after 22 hrs, resting or sleeping is impossible. Unfriendly receptionist, that sid not give a damn on our complaint. So this is a place to avoid in Cluj.

Everything is 4+ stars. Great location, walking dinstance from Iulius mall. Great restaurant and bar. Very good prices for a 4 star hotel. Rooms are exceptional , clean, spacious, all the amnesties you need. Will definetely recommend and come back soon.

Basic breakfast, Staffs in the reseption friendly. Lobby it' s very small.
