拉德福希爾頓Tru飯店(Tru by Hilton Radford)

Room no clean daily. Toil no clean in 8 days i was there. No body wash in shower. No vacuum room in the 8 days stayed. Breakfast poor . No fresh bread. Out of order pancakes machine. Oatmeal no well cook.....

It was very noisy all night! People were walking around slamming doors. When I was checking out I told the lady at the front and all she said is “there are some ball players staying here”. She did not care at all. I didn’t sleep much at all and she could have cared less. We stay here every time we come to town but never again!

Was not told at all the pool wasn’t working. Ended up having to play the cheap table allot. I overpaid for everything . Breakfast was a joke. We tried the first day and rather skip the second day looking even worse.

Très bel accueil, propre et confortable. Près de la route donc bruyant dans la chambre mais c’est le seul point négatif

Prima hotel, kamer netjes en fris. Alleen was de lift op moment van bezoek defect. Dat was lastig!

Unfortunately, I made the reservation on ********** while sitting in the parking lot of this hotel. As I walked in less than two minutes later to check in, the last room was already given out. Bummer. But, we were able to get our refund rather quickly through **********.

Not hot water or like warm water or any water in the mornings of both days. Was told to give it an hour. I gave it two hours still the same. Left both days dirty.

Very nice hotel. GREAT nights sleep! Only complaint is that the TV did not have any access to FOX NEWS

The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. Room decor is sparse but had everything we needed.
