Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, a library nook, and one bathroom. One upstairs bedroom features a king bed and the other a fun bunk room (with trundle - 2 twin mattresses and 1 double) for the kids or additional guests. The front yard is a large and level grass yard that stays freshly mowed throughout the growing season. This is a great place to travel to and enjoy everything that the area has to offer. Golfing, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, rafting, shopping, and great restaurants are just a few things to do in the nearby surrounding areas. Unit #4 has high-speed internet and robust wifi via Google Wifi mesh network blanketing the unit so you have excellent and complete wifi coverage throughout the rental, whether upstairs or downstairs. Televisions are provided in the upstairs living room (42") and in the downstairs master bedroom (32"). We are minutes from a free public boat launch, golf, restaurants, shopping and historic downtown Hayesville.The guys will hang on the huge outside deck grilling, playing ring toss, maybe even drinking a beer as they cook something wonderful on the pellet grill. After dinner, a nice soak in the hot tub or maybe s’mores in the Solo smokeless fire pit. The LayoutBuena Vista has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with an open living and dining room, a remote control propane fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, all memory foam beds, and four smart TVs. The entire home was renovated in the summer of 2022, with new flooring, new kitchen, new everything, all three bathrooms, new windows and an enlarged deck. Buena Vista is easily accessible, no crazy twisty drives up a steep mountain. Minutes to groceries, restaurants, the water, golf, hiking, yet you will still feel a million miles away from it all.PetsWe are happy to host your well behaved dogs but do require you to obtain written approval from us first, (we cannot accept any dangerous breeds and have a weight limit of 20 lbs.). The Hepp’s Hideaway is a two bedroom, one bath cabin nestled in the Shooting Creek Community surrounded by the Blue Ridge mountains in Hayesville, NC. Great for couples or small families. Spend your time rocking on the front porch or enjoy the various outdoor activities that Hayesville, NC and the surrounding areas have to offer. The cabin is near Lake Chatuge which has swimming, boating, and fishing. The Jack Rabbit Trails has several trails for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking. Also explore the various waterfalls in the area. The cabin is a short distance to Hiawassee, GA, Murphy, NC, and Franklin, NC, which is a scenic drive through the Nantahala National Forest. The cabin is surrounded by numerous trees with a Mountain View beyond the trees. We have deer in the area and we are surrounded by public hunting land. Cold Branch ( what we have always called this place.. we have had it for about 15 years as our getaway and vacation spot when we lived in Atlanta ) is 5 minutes to grocery shopping, add a minute or two for restaurants and Square events. There is a ton of things to do in the surrounding area. Known for some great trout streams, horseback riding, boating and fishing on Lake Chatuge, Fires Creek Recreation area, hiking, mountain bike trails, the list is extensive. We love this place and we know that you will fall in love with it as well. Welcome to our home! From our deck you have a wonderful view of Lake Chatuge. We are just a few miles from the grocery store, beautiful jackrabbit hiking and biking trails, and the charming Hayesville town square. From the house you can walk right down the hill (it’s steep!) to the lake and enjoy the dock as the sun goes down or jump right in the water when the sun comes up! There are great places on the lake to rent canoes, jet skis, boats and more. We are 5 minutes from the Ledford chapel boat launch. Master bathroom has a king sized bed, walk in shower and double sinks. The living room is inviting with plenty of seating for movie watching or book reading. It is adorned with cozy house plants, art, and a smart tv. Since we live here we have lots of books around for you to enjoy- just please don’t take them with you when you go. You’ll find that this is our actual home so we have photos of our friends and family as well as art and decor that is not quite generic- some might even say funky. Large kitchen table for dining. Stainless steel appliances. Lots of kitchen items including pots and pans, plenty of dishware, blenders, spices etc. Guest rooms have queen beds and one has a desk and chair and can be used as a functioning office. There’s even a monitor if you need to get some work done. But we hope you work less and swim more. We have all new mattresses and have pressure washed the deck.Dogs welcome.
