巴黎塞夫爾橋諾富特飯店(Novotel Paris Pont de Sevres)

Hôtel qui vole ses clients! Nous avons payé deux nuits et au bout d’une nuit pour raison personnel nous avons dû quitter l’établissement, nous en informons la responsable qui nous dit qu’elle ne peut pas nous rembourser nous quittons donc l’hôtel en lui disant notre mécontentement et au bout de 4 jours l’hôtel me débite 120e sur mon compte… j’appel la responsable qui me dit que c’est normal car on aurait du lui dire qu’on partait définitivement sauf que cette personne nous a vu partir avec nos valises…. Soit le personnel manque de discernement, de logique ou soit le fait exprès! En plus de cela le matin mon ami va au bar se prendre un café et un membre de l’hôtel lui fait une réflexion en lui demandant s’il faisait partis de l’hôtel en le faisant passer pour un sdf qui venait profiter du petit déjeuner! Comportement juste honteux et scandaleux pas du tout digne d’un soit disant 4 étoiles! Donc très mauvaise expérience dans ce groupe hôtelier!!!

A big thank you to Antoine for the efficiency and hospitality. Overall a great restaurant; good food a menu with options. The dishes were served rapidly and the decor was beautiful with sports bar a**osphere but at the same time quiet restaurant.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel où toute l’équipe nous a permis de nous sentir comme à la maison. Étape idéale pour rejoindre le centre de Paris où le château de Versailles. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner…Séjour exquis !

Pros : helpful staff and location close to my work place. Bathroom is reasonably big with hot water. There is a Electronic safe and a close to 40inch TV. Cons : long list..where to start?? Too expensive for the size of the room and the lack of basic amenities. Insufficient light in the room. There is one table light and 2 bedisde lights fixed into the bed. Bathroom has more lights and sufficient lighting than the room. It claims a 4 star hotel but provides paper cups. No toiletries other than shower gel and shampoo. Towels feel worn out/rough. The position of the toilet rolls is laughable. They rolls are vertically oriented and one at your head height while sitting and the other one below the toilet seat level. Room cooling hardly worked. There is no space or closet to keep your suitcase (big or small). There is a tiny closet to hang your coat and clothes. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive at 19euro. Google shows 2.8 stars for the Novotel cafe. A bit far from the buzzing parts of Sevres with good restaurants. Clearly, if not for the Novotel name, this will be a 2 or at the most 3 star hotel.

Th e hotel itself was very good and the breakfast was excellent. We were billed twice in one day for the taxes and again at checkout. The front desk confirmed they ordered a taxi for us but taxi company had no record. Be advised of extra charges and no one to follow up.
