Bruyant au dessus de notre chambre. Il y avait des enfants qui courraient et sautaient après 11h30 PM. J’ai appelé au lobby 2 fois sans amélioration. La 3e fois, je suis allé au lobby rencontrer le personnel. Je leur ai demander d’intervenir. Après minuit cela a arrêté. Mauvaise gestion de gens turbulents.

Tres belle hôtel. Bien situé pour le shopping.

Vraiment excellent service

Overall it was ok, I only booked at this hotel for the kids to use the water park since it is the winter, upon arriving I learned that they only allow each room to use 1:30 minutes in the afternoon and 1 hour in the morning due to capacity rules, kids were sad but that is the rule so it is ok. When we went down to use the 1 hour they had for the morning the pump was broken and no water park available. I understand that things break sometime but they could’ve and should’ve offer something to make up for the single hour available and lost. Hotel was ok, but probably will not be going back, there are better indoor water parks options for the kids in the winter.

Was not informed prior to booking that our non refundable hotel stay that the water slides were down. We made the trip with our kids just for this feature.

Good location, but the bathroom smelled like urine and the water slides were closed (which was the reason we chose this hotel)

Unfortunately the water slides broke the day we were arriving so we never got to use them. The little kid area and the pool itself was open but the water was soooo cold! The pull out couch was horrible my kids said. The king bed I slept in was great. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Staff was friendly.

Water slides down. Even though they called prior to the stay. Elevators were dirty. Our carpet in our room was stained. Pool area small for swim use.

We booked a night for winter break. Shortly before check-in they called to tell us the water pump for the slides was broken. They did not offer a discount only offered to cancel. We cancelled and booked elsewhere.

I think the staff at the water park need to pay closer attention to the area. There were kids that were in the hot tub and kids that seemed too small for the slides. It would be helpful if there was a time that the space was just available to adults. Maybe the last hour could be just adults.

The hotel is pretty clean , Breakfast is exceptional, They hired a woman to help in the dining area her name is Barb and she is the absolutely the best ! Also all the staff at the front desk are the best ! The pool area is pretty cool the littles absolutely love it . I think there should be someone at the top of the stairs monitoring the large slides , and maybe the Art and decor around the hotelShould be more geared to the area with it behind the mountains , but we had a great stay and definitely will stay again ! The breakfast set up was real nice, staff were great. But we felt mislead on the pool , there was really just a slide no pool and our teens were not allowed in the hot tub 😞

Kids loved the pool area and breakfast was great. Room was spacious but the ther.ostat and air was non functioning so it was uncomfortably hot in the room

My receipt from the booking has 3pm as the check in time. When we arrived for 3pm, we were told it was 4pm. After showing the receipt from the booking, the person at the front desk became irritated and rudely told me regardless of my receipt, check in is at 4pm and essentially looked away until we left. After finally checking in and settling in, we took our daughter downstairs to the pool. Come to find out you have to schedule blocks of time to access the pool. This was not clearly stated on the website when booking. Only 1hr of time allowed in the morning, and 1.5hrs in the afternoon. Thought that was ridiculous considering spending nearly $700 for the weekend to let my daughter swim. After this experience we’ll not be returning. The pool was tiny, no place to really swim. When the slides are on you can only go down the slide then have to get out. Would have enjoyed just a regular indoor pool over this “water park.”
