Almost a year later we returned for another business trip in the area. Rooms weren't as nice or clean as before and certainly didn't get greeted with an ”appreciation” gift like last time! Bed linens were a bit tattered and bed was not as comfy either. Breakfast was the same disappointment as before - 'continental' which meant coffee/juice, dry cereal, muffin, bagel and bananas. The coffee cups have shrunk considerably!
I visited the Fairmont Princess in consideration of a conference booking. The hotel was stunning. I was there just before Thanksgiving so I used the word magical as the resort was certainly bitten by the Holiday Spirit. WOW. I highly recommend a visit during this time. We were able to view all the room types from Fairmont rooms to Gold to the Privado Villas. ALL room categories were exceptional and newly renovated. Very nice size as well. The service was top notch...what you would expect from a 5 star resort. ....and the BEDS!!! <3 <3 <3
訪訪客用戶We made a reservation for Tuesday Jan 24th through Friday Jan 27th 2023. We were with our 2 granddaughters (8 and 10) and needed a room for three nights. When we got into town we checked in and put the room on our debit card The room was in such poor condition that we decided not to stay. The bathtub was cracked and had been repaired several times, in the shower and bathroom tile was coming off and had come off the walls, the kitchenette stove and burners were rusty and poorly maintained, the whole room was in similar condition. We decided to find another hotel, so we checked out and didn't use the room. The front desk employee told us that we had to wait until the next day to talk with the manager. The next day the manager said that we had to pay for the whole 3 days. even though we didn't stay at all. This is just wrong, unethical and dishonest. I'm going to tell everyone I can how HOMETOWNE STUDIOS PHOENIX - DUNLAP AVE stole from us. GUESTS BEWARE.
