So I checked in to a king suite last night and was just sitting in there on the couch watching TV andi hear this dripping sounds come to find out there's water coming from the floor above mind you it's not raining outside at this moment. I went and said something they downgrade me to a s**t room where paint is peeling off the ceiling, bathroom looks depressing. Not what I expected for $244. So I made my way downstairs to the manager this morning and she told me that she can only refund me $50 dollars because the rooms where going for $199 I don't give 2 s**ts if the world is ending refund me my money. You guys suck. Your rooms suck and staff are horrible.

We had a great family getaway during February vacation week. Luke was wonderful, kind and attentive! Our room was extremely clean and the hotel was immaculate. Every hotel staff we met along our stay always asked how our day was or how our stay was so far. We loves our stay!
