Excelente atención, muy agradable la estancia, lo recomendamos hospedarse en distintas situaciones

Bus line right next to the hotel, the room wasn't luxurious and there was light coming through the windows, but it was nice.

Cheapest hotel I could find for the night. Not in the best neighborhood but the rooms arent bad

Older building that feels like it’s been neglected. Carpet was in need of a cleaning. Could use an air freshener or two. Location is on the border of an area where we felt safe walking at night and an area that we avoided walking at all (could have been fine, but appeared sketchy) Our room only had electric in one half when we arrived. They had it fixed within 5-10 minutes of reporting it to the front desk. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We needed a place to sleep for the night and would consider using again in the future due to location to event we were in town for. Go Crew!

I’m not sure what hotel the pictures in the listing are of but it definitely is not this one. As soon as we walked it it was not a good feeling. Lobby was barely lit. The hallway to our room looked like something from a bad B movie. Can hear every step taken in the hall from inside the room. The ice machine in the hall had a bucket under it. The whole place smelled musty & unclean. There is breakfast included but I wouldn’t want to eat anything made there considering how unclean it looked & smelled. We ended up leaving & not spending the night with no refund b/c we had paid ahead of arrival. The price we paid in advance was double what was listed the day off. Definitely NOT recommended!

Everything about our stay was lovely except the HVAC unit in the room was broken. It was obvious that the unit had shorted where plugged into the wall outlet from the blackened and melted plastic. We would have notified the front desk, but the only remedy would have been to give us a new room if one were available, but it was late and we were exhausted and had already unpacked. If a previous guest reported this, it should have been repaired or they shouldn't have rented us that room. If not previously reported, housekeeping should have discovered it and reported it. Fortunately the weather was mild, so we weren't uncomfortable. Everything else our stay was lovely.

For the price, this hotel was decent. The hotel looks old and needs some upgrades here and there, but it was good enough for a family to stay at a good price. Zoo and museums are close and a hot buffet breakfast was provided.
