Cute decor. Prime location but basically no amenities. The gym and laundry are like micro rooms and it feels like people live there. The hotel has a strange aroma and smells like a nursing home. Also they don’t have room service, water bottles inside the room, and no vending machines for snacks or beverages. So if you’re hungry or thirsty in the middle of the night you’re on your own.

Best hotel near the university, actually, it's on campus. Cool room and Wonder help.

I've stayed now three times at Graduate Hotels in different cities and always enjoy them. My biggest complaint was something that I realize is out of the control of management but on Saturday night a fire alarm went off at about midnight. Of course this is something to be taken seriously but, at that hour, most people's sleep is disrupted. I had a 6-hour drive that same day and was unable to get back to sleep. The alarm issue was not resolved for about an hour and we believed that someone probably pulled an alarm. All I know is that my 6-hour drive was horrible due to lack of sleep. It was a rather awful ending to an otherwise nice stay.

We had a room off the elevator which was noisy at times. Areas in the room and hotel looked a little worn. Food stains on some of the furniture. But the room was so much fun and unique! Loved the atmosphere and staff! The lobby was fun! Dinner at Fiona's and breakfast at Pointdexter's was really good! Loved the avocado toast!

The hotel is quirky in a good way and the staff was awesome. There was an emergency evacuation during the stay & the hotel & staff handled it well. They kept calm which kept everyone calm during the situation which was resolved in a short time. I didn’t give the hotel full stars because an elevator was down during the stay so, the wait for one was noticeable & I didn’t have an option to get food at the hotel after returning from a concert around 10:30pm. Minor issues. I would and will stay again.
