Very good and nice hotel. Quiet but not far away from the tourist area. Don’t think there’s a carpark as my taxi have to wait for me at a small area beside the road but it’s manageable. But don’t think driver can wait for long. There’s a restaurant just downstairs which I think is operated differently from the hotel owner. Therefore no room service and you can’t charge to room. But the food is good!

I stayed in a double room on the 3rd floor. Between the end of June 2023 to the beginning of July 2023. The facility seemed to have been recently refurbished, and was in an excellent state of repair, and cleanliness. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of items to select from, and changed from day to day. The staff were absolutely fantastic, and could not have done enough for me. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean room, clean lobby. They have Italian coffee capsules and tea facilities in the room. Mini bar for a decent price. They have self-service laundry just for 2 EUR washer and another 2 eur for a dryer. Detergent was free. The room has a google watch, wireless phone charger, free water, and very delicious wine for only $10 per bottle. Breakfast is well done and for $1.5 you can upgrade your morning coffee to cappuccino or americano. I used to drink their regular coffee. It is also good but it was brewed 1 hour before I came to breakfast. It was warm, and fresh, no issues, but I personally like European-style fresh coffee. They have oatmeal, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, fresh cheese, Italian dry sausages, nice fresh fruits and vegetables. I cannot complain at all. Everything is fresh and well packaged. Honey, Nutella, jelly, ketchup, etc... individually packaged and nicely served. Service is exceptional, check-in took me less than a minute. The location is perfect. I got the right service for a decent price.

1. Clean and nice rooms. 2. Nice staff 3. Nice food and dessert. !!! Even though the reservation on booking said that breakfast was included , it wasn't. (7 euro) !!! The breakfast was poor😔 !!! Parking not included (5 euro a day) , but You can park somwhere near ( for free 🙃)

A clean, modern hotel in central Chisinau. Nothing too fancy but my stay was fine. Very small basic gym, simple but decent breakfast. The staff were helpful, the bed was big and comfy, the water was hot. The internet went out and I was provided a portable wifi modem.

Очень хороший отель. Очень чистый, приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Очень комфортный номер. Очень удобное расположение, много парков вокруг. Единственное, что не понравилось, это архитектура душевой кабинки. Без возможности закрыть ее пол ванной комнаты постоянно мокрый после приема душа, как бы его не принимать. Во всем остальном отеле очень понравился. Большая благодарность персоналу и управляющим. Отдыхали семьей (я, супруга и сын). Если кому будет интересно наше мнение, очень рекомендую данный отель для проживания.

Сняли номер за 60€. Съехали. Он уже стоил на букинге 35€. Номер просторный, 302, с большим прозрачным душем. Девочки с рецепции приветливые, но сказали что есть Смарт ТВ. Потом оказалось, что его нет. Завтрак с большим выбором, но все как-то не вызывало аппетит, сыр дешёвый, яйца только вареные, сосиски странные на вид. В целом остались довольны, но если бы мы заплатили 40€ было бы приятнее. Цена за отель максимум 50. Мы получили супер скидку на 60, на букинге было в тот день 75€+- /цена не оправдана, я считаю. Особенно за растворимый кофе в огромном чане с дозатором(термос).

Recently stayed at Thomas Albert Hotel. The stay at the hotel was overall good. The staff was sort of helpful. My flight was late so I arrived late. The disappointing was the breakfast that was included. They served dry steamed vegetables. And coffee was cold.
