班特姆茶室旅館(Bantam Tea Rooms)

A gorgeous Cotswold stone cafe, which we stumbled upon last Saturday at around 3pm for an afternoon treat. There was a lovely range of cakes and the coffee was so warming on a cold day with impeccable service by a lovely young girl. Will definitely be returning!

Enjoyed our stay at the Bantham tea room! Easy checkin although a minor hiccup from the staff not knowing we needed an extra cot in the room. Took some time to set up the bed but issue resolved immediately. We booked the Pekin room on the upstairs floor that faced the main road. There was some traffic noise but wasn’t too bad. The bedroom consists of 1 double and 1 twin. Comfortably housed our family of 4 with the extra cot. Heating worked tremendously well. This bedroom is the only one with tub/shower. Very clean bedroom/bathroom with nice water pressure. Breakfast was made to order, simple and good but only served from 8:30-9:30am. Free parking in the back or free overnight street parking. Dinner at don Luigi’s next door was good but small portions. Would highly recommend this b&b!

Walked into the tea room and the lady front of house looks straight past me to the white couple behind and asks them if they want a table deliberating overlooking me. The couple said to the lady this lady was first and she ignored them and carried on seating them . One of the most egregiously ****** behaviour I’ve experienced . The white couple gave me their number as they were equally appalled. And the scone was stale and hard too !

What a wonderful place, we went every day for 3 days! The cheese scones were incredible (light, fluffy, warm and cheesy) and we also had breakfast there one day which was lovely (bacon and egg sandwich). We didn't try the cakes but they looked beautiful.

The Big 3s: Ambience: busy and lots of flying bees, no music, pleasant and friendly Food: really proper British fare and well presented Service: rushed by pleasant and accommodating Loved this choice for Chipping Campden in the rain with lots of wonderful choices; hot food stops at 1500 in summer.

A bit if nostalgia for me as I used to visit Chipping Campden a lot when I was young ( my aunt and uncle lived at daphne for many years). Of course its changed somewhat. The afternoon tea was great and the surroundings lovely. Staff were helpful. Would reccomend.

This B&B is one of those that we definitely would return to and will recommend to others. Our room, just off the courtyard was comfortable and clean. The included breakfast had a good variety to chose from, prepared fresh and it was delicious. Don't miss their fresh-baked daily cakes and sponges! The staff was cheerful and helpful. Great stay. The room was clean, new, everything worked and we loved the sky light with a way to open and cover for sleeping. Great breakfast and efficient staff. Loved the bathroom. Only negative was the room was a bit small if you have big bags.

We stopped in for breakfast at this nice inn. The omelets were delicious and oozing with wonderful cheddar cheese. It also was a great place to get a good latte. The service was quick and efficient.
