What a hidden gem. My partner wasn't feeling really good, so we decided to stop at Childers. I think it was the pick of the places we stayed at from Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville & Cairns!

The complex is much larger than it looks from the entry. Room was a good size and clean. Can only suggest that there is many more rooms than available carparks on site. Had to park about 80m down a street to find a streeet light, not very secure. Rest of the visit was positive.

Great little hotel, perfect for an overnight stay. Rooms have everything you want and were clean and neat. Reception person very helpful.

The bed was very comfortable. The motel is not on the highway and it was nice and quiet.
Not much to see or do at Childers. Didn’t like dinner at the Federal Hotel…I’m still feeling off from it the next afternoon

Modern, clean and convenient. Positioned right in the middle of Childers, it’s the perfect place to position yourself. Really well run Hotel.
