We were extremely disappointed in your choice of bedding. You use a very thick comforter on your beds. It looks great, but is terrible for sleeping! We set the temperature at 66 degrees. The comforter was way too hot and just the sheet was too cold. Nothing in between! You should have a light weight blanket under the comforter. Do we have to bring our own blanket?

Receptionist was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. They served a very delicious breakfast. Nice view out our window. Easy on-off the tollway.

This was a great hotel. I think it is newer, which is always nice. Friendly staff, room clean (Cami - great job), and comfortable beds. Free breakfast was just fine for our family. Stayed there for a local volleyball tournament.

This stay was a last minute. We read the reviews/ratings and made a choice based on this. It was a bit odd when we arrive, as it was very dark leading up to the hotel which did make it difficult to navigate the road and then the initial entrance of the hotel parking lot. When we arrived, there was a police officer in the entrance/doorway speaking with a woman (employee) and a gentleman whom we assumed was a guest. We waiting a few minutes before we were quickly checked in and off to our room but not before hearing the gentleman comment that he was going to “hang out” in the lobby to sober up..if he’s a guest why not go to his room??? He didn’t appear drunk or a danger but it was just odd. We went up to our room and it was ok but not great. I seriously believe that our beds were slept in and just remade because there were crumbs on the bed and hair. It looked clean but felt dirty. Once we finally settled and turned off the lights we noticed that the hall light didn’t turn off all the way. It stayed lit up like a dimmed light. I tried flipping the switch on and off several times to see if that helped but it still stayed on. I don’t know if this is normal for the hotel or if there was actually something wrong with the light but it was late and was not about to pack up to move to another room. Breakfast was meh…but it was free so it is what it is…overall we would not stay here again. Check in and checkout staff were both very friendly.

The stay was great but there was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We called and rang the bell to no avail. After about 20 minutes later she finally came. She said her phone had died but it was still showing some charge. It seems she was the only staff person there which is not good. She was really kind and I felt bad for her but when you've been on the road for nearly 8 hours as a customer it is poor service to have to wait so long for your room.

The hotel is fairly new so it was disappointing when the blinds were broken, bathroom was dirty and not enough towels and TP.

Chose this location for the hot tub. I was not informed until after checking in that the pool area was closed. If i was informed of this i would have chosen a different location.

When I arrived I was told there was no hot tub and the pool was under construction!

Pool was closed for construction and there was few options for food. Many places wouldn't deliver food, so we had to Doordash.
