芝加哥米德韋機場南假日飯店(Holiday Inn Chicago – Midway Airport S)

The rooms were clean. The bed was soooo comfortable. We slept like great. Other than my room key not working initially .the front desk person fixed it right away. They stay was very good. We would definitely stay again. Wish there pool was open and ready was a beautiful day in Chicago.

The check in process at the front desk was cumbersome. Not sure if it was due to the system or just their overall process.

Not even a free bottle of water in the room

The room was fine and comfortable but I really don't like sliding bathroom doors. The area was super congested and the hotel was infront of a dying mall. Location was one of the biggest disappointments and then we were surprised with a 20 dollar parking fee which was the bigger disappointment. There was a decent fitness center.

Left the hotel for the day - when we returned our beds were made up but all of our clothes and toiletries were gone. The hotel ‘finally’ said they would contact a manager - because there was no manager on duty. No word back from the manager. Stuff still missing. I wouldn't trust staying at this hotel again. Also - breakfast is not included. It’s $18 for the breakfast buffet which was definitely not worth $18. Powdered eggs, etc. The usual Holiday Inn breakfast that is usually free (for a reason).

Nice clean place to stay, but does need some updating, i.e. sliding door for washroom, not convenient and difficult to 'close'. Also right a major road with loud traffic, upgraded windows would help.

The carpeting is old and unclean. It aggravated my sinuses. The desk staff and shuttle driver were excellent with their service and friendliness. An escutcheon plate in room 417 was not seated properly. The lighting was too dim.

Hotel is dated. Air con did not work properly. Phone line to front desk just rang busy as though it were off the hook. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy. Shower was nice.
