切薩皮克萬楓旅館&套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Chesapeake)

Hôtel en rénovation le hall d’entrée n’était pas terminé mais pour le reste nous étions au premier étage et la chambre était très propre odeur agréable nouvelle décoration nouvelle salle de bain vraiment bien le petit déjeuner très complet une panoplie de resto et de commerce à l’entoure et à 20 env de la plage j’y retournerai et je recommande

I was charged $340 in incidental holds. Booked two separate rooms. My wife was charged $40, somehow they then charged me $300 for exact same room. Why??? No explanation and I am still waiting on my hold to be refunded. Was told by both ********** and front desk clerk that the fee/hold should be $20 - $40 per night. None of this adds up as I was only staying for 2 nights. Why $40 for my wife, then $300 for my room (exact same room type). I have thoughts behind the reason... which I will not say on this review.

The hotel was under construction which made for a inconvenient stay. There was rust in the bath tub, the sink did not work proper, and the refrigerator did not work. The guest laundry and ice machine were inoperable. The hote was book for my daughters senior prom and the hotel fell far below my expectations. The staff was helpful.

This was a really bad location, too close to a busy highway. Also the hotel was under major construction. I was awakened to the sound of noisy drills and hammering. I would not stay there again

Staff members were very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, I could hear people stomping on the floor above me and slamming doors in the hallway throughout the night. I also kept hearing a low rumbling noise that lasted a few seconds each time I heard it. It kind of sounded like the HVAC unit was struggling to start up. My room was on the side of the building facing the interstate, so it's also possible that I was hearing trucks. I get much better sleep when I stay at the Comfort Suites next door, which happens to be owned by the same company as this hotel. I chose the Fairfield Inn this time because it was $20 cheaper, but that was a mistake. I'll stick with Comfort Suites in the future.

Staff was rude and the lobby was not very noticeable when you initially pull up.

The bed linen was stained and the towels had hairs in them.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff was attentive to whatever I needed. Check in was breeze. My room was clean, peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delightful and there were no issues during checkout.
