辛辛那提萬麗城市中心飯店 (Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown Hotel)

The staff and bar/restaurant were great! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. We didn’t like having no maid service for the 3 days we were there. We called for fresh towels and it took 3 hours for someone to bring them. They seemed understaffed in that area.

No microwave in the room but the concierge was accommodating by heating up in their microwave. Also the WiFi was not free, the price per day wasn’t that bad but paying for wifi especially at a hotel your staying at is news to me.

Very friendly staff and hotel was very clean! We were upgraded to a suite room which was amazing! Room was newly updated and everything worked.

Blood stain on cover, left over drinks on desk, food on floor. Switched rooms and went to pick up car from valet and found it was broken into. Two windows broken.

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend while attending a comedy production at Heritage Bank Center. The valet parking and the guys running it where always polite and fast. People at the front desk always said hello. It was very welcoming. The room was great.

No stopper for sink. Ni easy way to get to parking garage. Had to go to Westin Hotel to get there. People staff were friendly.

It could have been better. There was zero toilet paper in our room, and only one full size towel, even though, the reservation said two adults. The decor in the room was nice though, but we will most likely be staying elsewhere the next time.

Overall good stay the convenience of the location is a huge plus. Check in was quick and easy and luckily we were able to check in much earlier than I thought we could. The only negative is that the bathroom shower was moldy and the shower door was slightly damaged.
