Ssai vinoThe hotel was great with amenities. Breakfast was good. The staff were great and very helpful.
The rooms are spacious enough but the bathroom was a bit cramped. Not enough space to even move around.
VVictorYetiDisappointing Experience with the In-House Nightclub
Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but my experience with their in-house nightclub left a lot to be desired. When I tried to enter, I was abruptly informed that it was ”couples only”—a policy that was not mentioned anywhere on their website when I booked. If the nightclub is advertised as part of the hotel’s amenities, it should be clearly stated that solo male travelers are not welcome.
To make matters worse, the staff at the entrance were extremely rude. They asked me to move aside so a couple—who weren’t even hotel guests—could enter, while simultaneously demanding an absurd 10,000 INR entry fee from me. I’ve been to some of the top clubs around the world and have never paid even half that amount for entry.
When I raised my concerns with the front desk, the response was dismissive. One of the staff members simply said, ”Stags are not allowed.” I found the term both unprofessional and unnecessary. This lack of hospitality and fairness was disappointing enough that I’ve advised my friends—who had upcoming reservations—to cancel their stay.
If you're looking for a more premium and welcoming experience, I’d strongly recommend Leela Palace instead.
訪訪客用戶no swimming pool even though advertized. no air conditioning in teh corridors. the carpet in the main lobby stinks. the rooms are nice and spaciaous and the service staff is excellent. the bathrooms are also nice and big and water is hot on demand. in my specific bath, the mixer was broken so water came out of the both teh show and the hand faucet together. towels are clean but only 99% dry. bathrobes are fresh and comfortable. so are teh beds and pillows. The inroom entertainment was very poor. (the raintree in st mary's road has better curated selection of entertainment). the views are of urban streets so nothing much to say. the colour schme is horrendous but that is only my personal opinion. The 24/7 coffee shop ”kitchen” had nice breakfast and dinner buffets with a wide range of food, all well cooked. all in all the newer Raintree hotel on st mary's road is much better, but the rooms and bathrooms there are much smaller. i hope once they finish renovating this hotel will get its act together.

The room was an interconnected one that there was no study table and even a whisper could be heard. Someone was snoring away to glory on 17th night that we couldnt sleep properly, which prompted me for a change of room. They gave me 314 room no. which again was a queens bed. upon enquiry the hotel staff Benison told me that all their rooms are only Queens bed. I feel that Trip.com cheated me with false information. I plan to file a complaint with the consumer court seeking remedy. This is not done.

RRaj23The hotel staffs are exceptionally helpful and courteous, from bell service and the front desk to room service and restaurant staff, all dedicated to meeting your expectations. Despite the slightly aged hotel rooms, the excellent customer service compensates for it. A warm and pleasant experience.
