My expectation about service was higher. The room service was very slow. Had to ask couple of times to send someone to take the bags to check out. Booked hotel car a day before, but when it is time, no car available! My collogue who was visiting India, was double charged for a booking that she already paid through *******. The front desk person did not understand the issue. I had to finally intervene and revert the charges. Will surely rethink before booking.
