My stay was good. Room was comfortable. However, breakfast was not as superb as pre covid days, F&B staff needs to be more responsive & take pride in their job. Housekeeping staff needs to be conscientious when carrying out their duties. Their loud conversation disturbs the cozy ambience of the hotel. Front desk staff are polite. Concierge staff are amazing. Namely, Sridhar & Leo are exemplary employees. GRT needs more employees like them. These employees’ work attitude have never change since pre covid days. I hope the hotel ***agement will recognise Sridhar & Leo Johnson.

如果有人需要進入欽奈火車站,位置很好。酒店很乾淨,我升級到更大的房間。游泳池很小,但很乾淨。早餐選擇很好。酒店的東西非常友好。我唯一不喜歡的就是在他們一家餐館的晚餐,名字叫“Kebab”(確切的名字記不得了)。素食的食物大約是INR 2200 +(我雖然得到了15%的折扣作爲酒店客人),但食物對我來說很糟糕,儘管立即反饋,仍然沒有人理解我的口味和喜好,我也當場給差評餐廳***ager...我會給2/10那個特定的烤肉店,但除此之外,會給8.5/10其他的東西

Holiday inn thoraipakkam is the best hotel for me . YOU know why its because of being kind nice person of house keeping waitress in restaurant and mostly the RECEPTIONIST to anay kumar Nikita and Santosh they are very nice and good always assist me when i come and stay to holiday inn at thoraippakam and best of this hotel is VERY FRIENDLY HOTEL so i offer you to this hotel room is good nice and very clean and its lucky room . The staff at TAJ have been extremely welcoming and caring. They ensured to made my stay comfortable and soothing. Every arrangement is carefully crafted to keep the stay comfortable. The breakfast being served at Match Point restaurant has plethora of delectable cuisines to select from. I would like to particularly call out the support from Jaya and Nisha. They have been extremely welcoming and courteous.

訪訪客用戶Its nicely located in the middle of old town. but this means that the views are boring. i think the hotel is just coming out of covid issues as it is understaffed and most of the resaturants are closed and the food its iffy at best. i spend the the first hour of my stay as they relaced the mini fridge that had stopped wokking and had leaked all over the wood cabinet leading to a stink. next day i spend three hours waiting for maintaince to water proof the bathroom that was leaking into the sleeping area. the third day i had to watch for an hour as the Ac maintaince were trying to repair a leak which had seeped into the false ceiling leading to a new smell.
The rooms are nice and spacious. so are teh bathroom but the WC is located in a tiny alcove in the bathroom making it unconfortable to reach for the health faucet. teh towels are clean and the beds confortable.
the writing cair and table are well made and teh easy chair is also comfortable even for a big sized *** like me. the laundry service is efficient. the complimentary Tata branded tea and coffee is undrinkable, so is whatever brand of creamer they use. i dont undersand why they dont just use amul and nescafe.
inroom entertainment is still just basic tamil cable TV.
room cleanliness is average with cobwebs on the bathroom sink and tea stains on the floor. again this is due to understaffing and overworking the existing staff. the staff themself is very helpful and hardworking.
the restaurant is understaffed but despite this, the staff were helpful and pleasant. and the chef's range is a bit limited.
the lobby area is nice and spacious, but the corridors poorly maintained with gaps in the carpets and the floors leading to repeated tripping risks. the carpets stink.
the pool on the roof is nice and large but can only be used ealy mornings or in the evenings as it has no awning. I had a pleasant swim one evening and wounddown on the comfortable deck chairs. the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. the gym is well equipped. they have a spa but didnt have male massuese so could be utilized. but it looked clean and pleasant.
wifi connectivity was good through out the hotel and not spotty at all.
basically this could be a great hotel if they staffed it well and updated basic infrastcuture and threw out their stinking carpets. But it looks like staff will be made to do more and more with less and less.
would i visit again? unlikely.

The hotel earns its acclaim for its exceptional South Indian cuisine served in the renowned restaurants. Even amidst the aging infrastructure, the dining establishments consistently deliver delectable fare with efficiency. The rooms, while suitable and fitting for a brief stay, may not align with the contemporary expectations of luxury. Notably, the pricing remains reasonable, making it a sensible choice for those seeking both affordability and convenience. Although they did not charge for the early check in at 12 noon, they charged half day for check out at 8pm. Situated perfectly on Radhakrishna Road, the hotel's prime location is undeniable, and seems to be a popular place for those attending the US visa process. Good spacious lobby ,and quick check-in, very courteous staff, the way his greeting me with vanakkam , personally impressed thank you Balaji sir. Rooms are pretty spacious, well decorated, most bathrooms with tub & shower, good closet space and great room service. Restaurants especially grill wagon does a good job for breakfast, dinners convenient & reasonably priced. Overall a great stay ! Small thing Need to add some food menu in veg catagory..
