Had an excellent stay at WelcomHotel, Alkapuri at Vadodra. The overall experience was really nice. Housekeeping staff gave superb service and assisted us in all our needs. Special mention about Mr. Sanjay Sawant, Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Imran who were available all the time and assisted us with all our needs and requirements. Also, Mr. Devidas at the swimming pool was very helpful and assisted my entire family during our stay at the hotel

Awesome place to stay, located at the heart of the city. Very near to most of the places to visit, beaches, restaurants, shopping places. The hospitality of the staffs working here are outstanding, very warm and welcoming especially the housekeeping ***ager Siva. Must try this place.

Very comfortable stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. Special shout out to Hari Krishna ( House Keeping ***ager). Who was very kind to call and arrange for collection of my bank card which was misplaced.

It was truly an amazing experience.No doubts my stay in the hotel was a very excellent experience. Check-in was done swiftly swift. Food in the Welcom cafe Marina was delicious. Thanks for the service, will visit soon

Great Experience and would rate the property atleast 4.5 out of 5 or higher, but for the fact that the ***agement is trying to save costs by cutting corners, such as by 1. Reducing air conditioning at late night/ very early morning causing Increased temperature in the room leading to disturbances to sleep. 2. The air-conditioning is also kept per***ently OFF in the passages leading to rooms making that quite suffocating each time one enters and exits the room. Great Team who were very responsive, although they seemed under staffed; and feel bad to take away their due credit! To be fair, even now, at 4.45 am, they have responded positively to my call of 20 minutes ago.

I'm on a short visit to Chennai with my accommodation needs taken care of. However, I don't have access to a swimming pool. Yes I could go to the beach.. but I wanted to be beside a pool, jump in the pool and enjoy a relaxing, no stress stay. I stopped off at the WelcomHotel and asked if they allow non-residents to use their facilities; after a brief conversation with the duty ***ager, I was allowed to use the pool and other facilities. Thanks, it was a lovely chill out moment, topped with a beer at the bar before leaving
