The best things about the Hampton Inn were the location and the hotel employees. The hotel is 15 minutes to half an hour walk from Charleston’s major attractions, including shopping, and twenty minutes from the airport. Charleston is made for walking. It is compact, clean and safe, so we walked everywhere. The attitude of the front desk employees epitomized southern hospitality. The hotel offers free breakfast which is basic, but satisfying. Room cleaning is offered upon request. twenty minutes from the airport.

Breakfast was good. Should restore daily maid service. They don’t even come when you request service.

Hotel is located in a great area. The visitor center is right next door. The free shuttle stops right there. Made it easy to get around. Several restaurants located very close. It was clean.

This hotel has a good location and breakfast was well done. Property is tired and needs an update.

Convenient location. Nice and courteous staff. Room well appointed; very comfortable bed. Bathroom is outdated.

We had an amazing stay in Charleston. Every staff member we encountered had a smile on their face, and was a pleasure to converse with. Good breakfast every morning, and lobby was excellent to end the night with a game of cards with friends, a cup of hot chocolate, or watching a basketball game.

Loved this hotel. Location was great, easy off the street parking, staff was wonderful and it was a good price. Would definitely stay here again
