Wonderful experience of staying at this hotel. Mr Shashi Kumar at the hotel made our day. Very polite and knowledgeable about guiding the guests about Dalhousie and its history and beautiful places. Cleanliness, polite staff, location, good = First Class

Absolutely good.. excellent valley view.. the staff was very courteous and well ***nered. The food was great... advantageous location - about 40 mins by road to dalhousie... great value for money... enjoyed our stay here.. Highly recommended !!

Perfect stay… these are the two words I can tell about my 3 nights stay in dls. Me and my wife came here in jan when winter is on peak this year snow was not there in dalhousie still it was cold but the beds and blankets were so cozy we didn’t face issue cold issue. Below are the pros. - super duper breakfast.(was part of the stay only) - super duper dinner. (was part of the stay only) - super service and polite stay. - good wife connectivity. - super view from hotel. Below are cons if I have neat pick. - water heater was slow.(have to wait for 30 min after someones bath.) - no view from room is available.(view is good from hotel common balcony) - heater could have been part of stay only. (Charged extra 500 per day for that). - Bath kit was not there in bathroom.

Hotel location was good staff was awesome n food was great luxury rooms was awesome cleanliness 10 on 10 parking in the hotel only house keeping also good over all everything is great thank u for wonderful stay sukhraj shiv Shashi very helpful

Wonderful stay, food is good, room is elegant. Do visit while Delhousie coming. Location is great valley view. Staff service is appreciable. Restaurant staff calm and innocent. Front office is very good and approachable for all services.
