I had a great stay at the hotel overall. While it’s located fairly close to Grand Indonesia, it’s not quite within walking distance, so transportation is needed to get around comfortably. The lobby was cozy and inviting, though it did have a strong cultural scent that might be a bit overwhelming for some guests. One thing to note is that although the hotel spans seven floors and does have stairs, it’s equipped with only a single elevator. This sometimes caused delays, especially during peak hours, and made moving between floors a bit inconvenient.
That said, the room itself was impressively spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel genuinely welcomed. Their friendliness and attentiveness really enhanced the experience and made a lasting impression.
