位置好，植物園對面，商場不遠，酒店中規中矩

Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. Most of all we don’t mind to go back to stay in that Hotel again.  Thank you for your hospitality. Kind Regards  Rina

Lokasinya strategis persis di depan kebun Raya Bogor, kolam renang indoor dgn view kebun raya, menu sarapan jg variatif, sayangnya ga bisa dibawa ke kamar. Overall, pelayanan & stafnya sangat ramah.

이곳 근처는 식물원 바깥이고, 호텔들이 밀집되어 위치는 거기서 거기다. 이유는 식물원을 감싼 링로드가 시계방향으로 일방통행이어, 보고르역에서 올 때 가까웠다면, 돌아갈 때는 먼 구조이다. 전반적으로 깨끗하지만, 전객실이 창을 열 수 없는 구조라 에어컨에 공기를 의존하는 점이 매우 답답했다.

Happy bgt dengan pelayanannya, suasananya oke banget, banyak aktivitas untuk anak juga.. ga kapok deh untuk menginap dan berkumpul sm keluarga di Hotel Grand Savero the besttt✨🤍

Pro’s (+): - staff ramah dan helpful - di sediakan tempat untuk sholat jumat - pool is great. - amenities OK lha. Hairdryer is a plus - bf menus are OK. Makanan selalu di refill dengan baik, staff sigap bersihkan piring kotor. - location wise is the highlight for guesses to stay. - request sebelum check in dipenuhi, namun… Con’s (-) - tim kreatif untuk mirror decor dan cake decor sama sekali tidak memenuhi harapan. I was expecting a “happy wedding anniversary” greetings for us (as a surprise for my husband) bukan hanya “welcome to grabd savero”. Hilang sudah essesmce surprise dr pertama kalj masuk kamar- which was very dissapointing! - fasilitas kamar yg sdh teared. Wallpaper mirror terkelupas, meja rias dengan sudut cohak dan terkelupas, bed dan bantal yg keras, dengan dipan yg sdh g indah bgt bentuknya - kamar mandi dengan watertap yg selalu bunyi bila dinyalakan- yg harus kita tepok dl br berhenti suara ngiiiing-nya 😝 - pool is great, tp fasilitas pendukung mungkin perlu diperhatikan, i.,e, ruang bilas yg hanya bs 1 keran yg berfungsi, no hangers untuk taruh baju, and most of all no hair dryer! Duh. Semoga bs diperbaiki ya.. Cheers!

Very good location, close to kebun raya and mal, so its not so dif to get food even in rainy day. The swimming pool also indoor then we dnt to worry about sunburn or even rain. There are also cooking class n little barista class for kids.

Utk pelayanan all staff semua ramah dan sgt membantu. Utk fasilitas oke lengkap, Kamar cukup bersih, lokasi di central kota bogor. Dan terimakasih slice cake nya utk kami. 🫰🏻

Nice to stay,the location really closed to Kebun Raya Bogor. The staff very helpful. The amenities is ok. And I really love the breakfast. Definitely 💯 will be back again when back to Bogor
