Having stayed on a family trip we had 5 so for sure the pullout would be used with that said the bed was broken and falling into middle and they didn’t have cots so our kid just slept on floor just spending that much money for our kid to sleep on the floor ******. But other than that no issues

This property is great, great location, next to Park Meadows Mall. The staff is absolutely the very best of the best. The only drawback is being charged for parking…let alone charged twice.

Getting proper housekeeping services was a challenge. I had to request towels, toilet paper, body wash, garbage pickup. And even then it was beyond the next day, so I would have to call front desk.

We booked a room with a fireplace and did not get one. We stayed 3 nights and did not receive any housekeeping services.

The 2 bedroom suites are clean and spacious.
The breakfast has much to be desired.

Had a great stay overall. We encountered a huge booger on the wall left by the previous guest but the houseman cleaned it up immediately, room was very clean besides that. Pool was great and breakfast was good. The bed was poor and very saggy, felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline, id we had stayed longer I would have requested a new room.

The courtyard was a great place to relax and enjoy. The bbq grill was an excellent choice for dinner and the stocked kitchen in our room was a bonus. The swimming pool temperature was perfect and the morning breakfast was delicious!

Dirty room, smelled like food, Suprise daily parking fees. Everything has a price tag on it. Rough check in, noisy neighbors and more nasties.
