Room smelled of chemicals, dirty torn curtains, no screen on second floor window, filthy floors, broken dirty tub that backed up when you took a shower, plumbing not connected to wall in tub, broken trim around mirror. Stained sheets and towels. All this as a 200 dollar a night non refundable room! In a sketchy part of town.

This is a conveniently located hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and competitively priced. And QUIET, which was surprising with the busy roads nearby. The only thing missing was an onsite restaurant/bar, but there are several located close by. The water features and pool area provide an ambiance that was unexpected in the location. We'll add it to our list of go-to hotels in Tucson.

Convenient location in a shopping center. A few places to eat in walking distance. Staff helpful. Breakfast decent. Walls thin.

Lobby smelled of cigarettes. Upon arrival to room couch had some type of crusty orange stain on the side. It was fine for a quick overnight traveling cross country but wouldn’t stay again.

Older property that could be beautiful again, but the property needs a lot of work. Room prices reflect a nice property not the property in its current state.

My room had dirty floors, and the sink was filthy in the kitchenette. The AC/Heater unit cover fell off the first time my wife adjusted the temp.

Property was ok, clean, bed fairly comfortable. There was no way to adjust air in romm.

Desk clerk Roman was EXCELLENT! Prompt. Courteous. Good dinner recommendations.
