Asked motel to change 1 night they said no.so we stayed somewhere else. Will never use ******* again.did ot stay at the motel.

The curtains were shredded on the edges and they weren't very clean. The mattresses were terrible, very uncomfortable. I was just very disappointed. I enjoy staying in nice places and this hotel had a good rating.

Hot tube was not hot at all and there where ppl running around so didn’t get much sleep

Wasn't quite up to par with other Comfort Inns. Room didn't "feel" clean & it was noisy. Location was good & staff was good.

friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to get to, but, ice machine on ground floor broke and had to go to 3rd floor to get ice, also found dirty sox in drawer in room.

The staff was extrememly pleasant and helpful. The breakfast served had a good variety. Very decent place to stay for the price.

Both the evening lady and early morning lady were amazing - very nice and smiles!

Our stay was just ok. Room is getting a little dated and could have been cleaner. Wasn’t great and wasn’t horrible.

As mentioned in other reviews, the carpet is “interesting “. It has a weird feel on the feet and requires some attention. Many guests had issues with the key cards, including us yet they don’t seem to fix the issue. Our bathroom also needed a refresh. The shower dripped nonstop and there the soap residue buildup which needed to be addressed. Breakfast was good but the fitness centre and pool areas look like they need a good cleaning.
