we did not end up staying here because they changed our reservation 2 days before we landed and they actually changed it twice! They said we would get airport pick up to take us to the new hotel, never happened. Extremely disappointed for the money we paid!

Trip.com did not pay the full amount to the hotel and we were not allowed in until we paid the rest. Opening a case with support and will update the review if trip.com is helpful.

Me gustó que esta súper bien ubicado y que el personal es bastante amable. No me gusto que la habitación es oscura le falta mucha luz. Creo que deberían de moderniz**** un poco a pesar de ser boutique. El servicio del restaurante debe mejorar.

Dont stay here! I lost in my room a 14k gold ring and no one did nothing about it they just make me look like i was making a story up! The house keeper went to room and ask me and she make a “report” and never again i saw her i ask in the reception and nothing!! lost a 500 dollars ring! And no one knows about it! Its not save to leave your jewelry or nothing valuable! And the hotel dose not look like in the pictures! And the pool dose not have filter!
