聖奧古斯丁卡薩飯店(Hotel Casa San Agustin)

My wife and I loved the character of the property and the way the historical integrity had been preserved alongside modern amenities. The decor and design are tasteful, elegant and immaculate. From the moment we arrived, the service and attention to detail were impeccable. The concierge team were helpful, friendly and very professional and the staff in Alma (restaurant) were also exceptional. Overall, we had a wonderful stay during our first trip to Colombia and can’t wait to return to Casa San Agustin. Thanks for making our stay so memorable! Greg and Julie

The hotel was clean, beautiful and the staff was amazing. My only warning would be to those who get a room with balcony windows towards the street because the area gets very lively at night.

Excelente ubicación , no se necesita transporte pues queda cerca de todos los lugares de interés . Sin duda el mejor hotel y alberca de Cartagena. Muchas gracias a David Zapata por estar todo el tiempo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ayudarnos a coordinar los traslados del aeropuerto . Excelente hotel .

What a beautiful hotel. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and greeted us warmly upon our arrival. The selections for the free breakfast were scrumptious. In the latter part of the week, there is a live band. The music could be heard from the room and I really enjoyed it. The spa was nice, too. The hotel pool made for relaxing late afternoons swimming. Overall, the experience was perfect. It was a lovely, upscale boutique hotel that was very clean, safe, and welcoming.

Casa San Agustin is a marvelous hotel. The beauty and attention to detail in the hotel and rooms is matched by an amazing, courteous and friendly staff. The staff manager Paola was exceptional in her care and consideration, making our stay a delight. I have to make special mention of Dagmar at the desk, Nelson in the lobby and Brayan in the restaurant who were all fantastic. My birthday dinner at their restaurant Alma was delicious. I have stayed at many luxurious hotels all over the world but Casa San Agustin is at the top of the list !

Where to start…what an incredible service you get at this hotel the team are so welcoming, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure you have a great time, its really world class service! The breakfast offering is outstanding. The rooms are spacious Dont look further book this place if you find availability!

The hotel not only did not offer an upgrade on 2 separate rooms, they could not even offer a discount on spa services. Extremely disappointed with this choice over staying at the Sofitel.
