ガンジス川沿いにあるホテルで、ヘリテージホテルに泊まりたくて宿泊しました。 夜の便だったので、ホテルの場所がわからないといけないので、送迎サービスを頼みました。 予約の時のメールのやり取りからも好感が持てました。 ホテルに着いてからもスタッフのみんながとても親切で、ここに泊まって本当に良かったと思いました。 雨季で、小さなボートには乗れませんでしたが、大きな船があると案内もしてくれて、ガンジス川からも見れてよかったです。

ガートにホテル内の階段から直接アクセスすることができることが最も良かったです。テラスや屋上からのガンガーの眺めがとても素敵でした。ガンガーから昇る朝日、沐浴する人々、行き交う船を全て直接ホテルから眺めることができるのがとても良かったです。また、ホテルにはほのかな花の香り（恐らくジャスミン）がしており、外部とは別の空間を香りでも演出していました。　レストランは全てベジタリアンメニューでした。各料理が洗練されており美味しかったです。（アルコールはメニューにありませんでした。）16時からはアフタヌーンティーが提供されました。また、様々なアクティビティーが用意されていました。到着日の夕方からはボートによるクルーズが用意されていました。　19時半から21時半まではインド音楽の生演奏を聴くことができました。屋上では、朝6時半からヨガのレッスンが受けられました。　ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで新親切でした。チップはその都度渡さずにレセプションルームのBoxにまとめて入れるシステムでした。

ガンジス川の辺りにあって、ホテルからも川が見れて見晴らしが素晴らしい。 ヘリテージホテルで、大き過ぎずこじんまりとしたホテルで、雰囲気がとても良かった。 スタッフがみんな親切で、気遣いもすごくあった。 ホテルまで自分達だけで辿りつくのは始めは大変なので、空港までの送迎をおすすめします。 車を降りて5分くらい歩くが、ホテルの人が荷物も持ってくれて、案内してくれるので、夜遅くに着いたが、安心してホテルまで辿りつけた。 またインドに来たら泊まりたい。

ホテルの部屋の中はとても清潔に整えららていて、とても過ごしやすかった。水も無料でもらえて快適な生活を過ごせた。理由としては、水がとても綺麗で充実していることと、シャワーが強く出る、ドライヤーの風が心地いい

Ein ruhiges und gut geführtes Hotel in einer ansonsten überlaufenden Stadt. Wir waren hier kurz vor Dev Deepawali, einem großen hinduistischen Lichter-Fest. Das Team mit Brigesh, Abhishek und ihren Kollegen war äußerst freundlich und professionell und das Essen von Sanjay war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Dass vegetarisches Essen so gut sein kann, hätte ich vorher nicht gedacht.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den Ganges ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit phantastischem Blick auf den Ganges und das bunte Geschehen an seinen Ufern. Von der Terrasse aus lässt sich das Treiben an den Ghats wunderbar beobachten – ein Ort, an dem *** stundenlang verweilen könnte. Die Lage ist ideal, um Varanasi zu erkunden: Spaziergänge entlang der Ghats, Bootsfahrten bei Sonnenauf- oder -untergang und der Besuch der Tempel sind alle bequem zu Fuß vom Hotel aus möglich. Wir hatten das Glück, ein Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Ganges zu bekommen – unvergesslich! Zufällig fiel unser Aufenthalt mit dem Diwali-Fest zusammen, was diesen Besuch zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis machte. Das Hotel sorgte mit vielen liebevollen Details für eine festliche Stimmung: kleine Geschenke, ein festliches Abendbuffet und sogar die Teilnahme an einem Feuerwerk am Ganges machten diesen Abend unvergesslich. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Udai und seinem gesamten Team – sie haben uns herzlich, aufmerksam und überaus professionell betreut. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, und *** fühlte sich rundum willkommen und verwöhnt. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen – ein wundervoller Ort, um die Magie von Varanasi hautnah zu erleben! Situation exceptionnelle avec vue sur le Gange et accès direct au gath. La vieille ville et ses ruelles sont accessibles à pied. Hôtel à l’accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins, très attentionné et prévenant. Balade en bateau sur le Gange et accompagnement aux cérémonies matin et soir proposés, ainsi que cours de Yoga, le tout sans supplément. Cuisine indienne typique et savoureuse.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata assolutamente positiva . Albergo scelto perché si trova sul ghat , per godere al massimo della spiritualità di varanasi . Non è possibile raggiungerlo come n i mezzi perché le strade troppo strette . La nostra Giuda li ha chiamati , sono venuti sulla strada principale , incaricato un tuc tuc che ha portato i bagagli più vicino possibile e poi sono stati portati a mano . Personale molto cortese e disponibile . Haveli piccola e carina ben tenuta nei luoghi comuni abbastanza silenziosa . Sicuramente siamo stati sfortunati perché a causa delle piogge il gat era completamente coperto dall’acqua ed inutilizzabile . ( ovviamente non colpa loro ) Stanze piccole letti corti dove uscivano i piedi di fuori . Abbiamo fatto sempre la doccia fredda perché non c’era acqua calda . Vista sul Gange dalla camera attraverso una finestra altezza ginocchia . Internet non funzionava quasi mai in camera . Colazione scadente quasi esclusivamente salata ed indiana . Al check-out alle 4 di mattina non c’era il personale sufficiente per portare le valige al pullman e dopo alcuni minuti senza che nessuno prendesse una decisione abbiamo provveduto a portarle anche noi . Visto l’orario ed essendo a conoscenza bastava dirlo prima . Dulcis in fundo . Camera comprata tramite carta American express, l’albergo per pagare gli extra accetta solo visa . Dopo 10 giorni in India posso dire con certezza che è stato l’albergo peggiore che abbiamo avuto con il prezzo più alto . Prezzo pagato assolutamente spropositato in proporzione ai sevizi .

Luggage Assistance at Checkout: On the day of your departure, the Lalhura Kund Fair caused unusual restrictions on vehicle access. Our team offered to assist with carrying the bags in two rounds, but we understand this arrangement was not convenient. We are sorry for the discomfort caused at such an early hour. Other Concerns: Your feedback regarding internet instability is well taken, and improvements are being looked into. With regard to payment, kindly note that while your booking was made via Agoda (which accepts American Express), the hotel itself currently accepts only Visa and MasterCard for extras. We regret any confusion this may have caused. Your constructive feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services. Hotel storico ristrutturato nel 2012 proprio a ridosso del fiume Gange. Camere spaziose e pulite con vista Gange e scalinate (Ghat). Ristorante di buon livello con cibo tradizionale o internazionale . Bella la terrazza sul tetto e la possibilità di scendere sulla riva direttamente dall’hotel A disposizione anche sessione gratuite di yoga all’alba sulla terrazza
