卡塔哥諾娃卡塔赫納住宿加早餐飯店(B&B HOTEL Cartagena Cartagonova)

Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked. Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night. Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection. Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

Enjoyable city break. The hotel is perfectly located for all the local amenities and sightseeing venues. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only negative about the room was that there was noise from the street and roads below. The breakfast was great with adequate choice. Hot drinks machine available 24hrs . Excellent value for money.

Obsługa i czystość w jak najlepszym porządku, jedzenia było trochę mało i brak czegoś na ciepło np. jajka lub jajecznicy.

Ha ido todo bien, buen hotel. Ofrecen bebidas, cafés sin coste alguno.

Una buena opción para visitar Cartagena. Excelente ubicación y habitaciones confortables. Desayuno un poco escaso

La habitación que nos dieron alía mal, pedimos cambio, pero no lo conseguimos. Vino una señorita a echar ambientador, con lo cual optamos por abrir las ventanas de par en par. Me dejé un colgante en la habitación que tenía valor sentimental. Llamé al hotel para recuperarlo pero no habían visto nada. El peor parking que he visto nunca. Techos bajos no, bajísimos. Mal estructurado.

He viajado con mi hijo de ocho años y mi marido durante dos noches y mis padres y su perro. La habitación triple muy grande con suite y aparte salón con cama supletoria, las vistas a patios interiores sin apenas luz. La habitación doble sin salón y con vistas a la calle. Buffete de desayuno pequeño pero de todo. Caminando por calle peatonal a diez minutos del puerto. Aparcamiento imposible. Wifi bastante aceptable. Buena limpieza de habitaciones. Camas grandes y cómodas.

Hotel muy céntrico con magnífica ubicación. Las habitaciones bastantes espaciosas, que sin embargo no invierte en absolutamente nada. No hay amenities cualquier cosa que necesites te la cobran (1€ el cepillo de dientes de cortesía.). No hay sabana encimera así que o duermen con el edredón o encima de la cama, no dispone de papelera en la habitación, ni vasos, ni un bolígrafo para escribir una nota. El champu-jabon malísimo. El mini bar vacio. Pasemos muchísimo calor en la habitación a pesar de que estaba la calefacción apagada. En fin tienes que traerte de todo o comprarlo. Creo que merece la pena pagar un poco más y tener mejor servicio.
