房間還是比較大的，酒店裝修比較漂亮，一樓有游泳池，酒店前廳有篝火喝酒的地方，酒店後面有披薩店，前後停車場很大。

床單不是純棉的，不是很舒服

#不推 #附近商店，CP值，安全程度，走道隔音品質，客房格局，床的舒適程度令人失望；高速爆胎耽误了4个小时的时间 赶不到酒店 跟酒店沟通是否可以取消 协商无果 太黑了

房間裝修不舊，環境乾淨，有冷和暖的游泳池，價格適中，下次再去還會選這家酒店

一樓房間不是很好，需要有陽台的

3:48到了，説沒到4點不給checkin。無語😓不建議住這個酒店，附近啥也沒有，價格卻死貴。不明白為什麼。

Good stay, nice hotel to

We were placed in a room facing shopping center right across the street with Irish pub that plays life music till 1am. It might have been ok if you are a couple and staying there for a get away, but we have young kids who complained about the noise from the life music, which literally felt like the concert is right in your room! That's how loud it was.

Stayed for three nights over Christmas and we had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great location, situated right next to the Barnyard (lots of shops and restaurants) and across the street from The Crossroads (more shops and restaurants). It’s conveniently near the highway, which can take you straight to Bug Sur, Monterey etc. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, very convenient location, excellent staff all around. We accessed / pre-purchased an amenity (cheese plate) -I would just ask you order it for when you arrive as ours was in our room and heated up from the sunshine BUT they were excellent they changed it out for us with a fresh one. Close to two plazas we only accessed Lafayette bakery - which was good. We heard pizza place was good too. Very close to Ocean Ave so quick drive back and forth. Room on 3rd floor was great, bathroom supplies were great, beds were comfortable. Only issue mornings can be loud with cleaning staff in the hallway so hard to sleep. Pool and hot tub were great.

Really nice play to stay. Room was pleasant and roomy. Pool was heated and a nice size. Wait staff at the restaurant was exceptionally attentive. Only issue was the hot tub was a bit crowded so we couldn't take advantage of it. Good proximity to Carmel-by-the-Sea and Santa Lucia Highland wineries. I would recommend to others.

It’s a beautiful property. Our room was larger than normal size room, it had a cute window seat. Also the hotel is next to a pretty mall and Carmel Valley Coffee Co which has one of the best coffee we ever had.
