卡爾斯巴德凱悅嘉寓飯店(Hyatt House Carlsbad)

The hotel was nice enough, new, and clean. The walls were quiet but we could hear toilets flushing all around us... Breakfast was adequate; the first morning we came down towards the end and the cutlery was out. Not sure where else we would stay in C-bad though! Nice that it's on the end of town nearest the Caverns, but the best food is all the way on the other side. I'd book here again. Rooms were nice.

Hyatt House staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and fresh upon arrival. The bed provided a comfortable night's rest, while the shower had outstanding heat and water pressure. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The breakfast could have been a little better as a lot of items were missing.

I wanted to Thank the staff for making my stay enjoyable. I had and reported an issue with the shower controls. Unfortunately they were booked and couldn’t move me but the very next day the issue was repaired and everything worked as intended. Thank you so much for the quick response!!

Great hotel with very spacious rooms. There were lots of nice touches - hooks at the entryway, an extra mirror area outside the bathroom, stocked kitchen.

3 out of 5 on Hbar food. Below average for a Hyatt. Everything else was 5 out of 5. Great property and staff was friendly.

The lady who checked me in was an absolute delight. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the location was convenient to the National Parks.

Very comfortable spacious suite. Large windows with powered double window shades for sunscreen and privacy.

The hallways were quiet and well insulated. The premise was clean with great presentation. It was centally located for wasy highway access. The staff were extremely nice and the complimentary breakfast was yummy!

If I ever come to Carlsbad again, this Hyatt House is my choice. Staff, cleanliness, property condition were all first class. The shower in our room and climate control were among the best I’ve ever seen. Complimentary breakfast was also very good although the toaster didn’t toast my bread. (One small gotcha that I forgot to tell the desk manager when I left)
