Fantastic place to stay. We stayed in room 6, it was very spacious, spotlessly clean and bed was very comfortable . Each member of staff we came into contact were so warm, welcoming and friendly. The girl who checked us in ( pretty sure her names Tara ) was really lovely and chatty . Breakfast was lovely, particularly the French toast . It is definitely somewhere I would go back and stay again .

Called into the bar Sunday,fella playing the music was excellent,he interacted with everyone, music suited everyone,but it was the barman Tommy who made our experience brilliant, great banter,knew our order when we were looking drinks, professional at his job and kept customers happy, definitely will return because of Tommy, thanks for great service

This was our second stay at McKevitt's, and just as it was last year, it was a pleasure. We enjoyed a friendly welcome, and the staff were attentive to our needs. What a relaxing, friendly place! The breakfasts are superb, and the dinner and afternoon teas were also delicious. Manager Terry was helpful with suggestions for our daily plans, and we appreciated his good humor when we realized we had mistakenly called him by the wrong name for three days! All in all, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in this charming village. I think we'll be back.

Just back from a v enjoyable trip to Carlingfird staying in the wonderful McKevitts Hotel. So comfortable & bed was fabulous. Food amazing & great entertainment. Staff friendly & so professional, just loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful town & lots of lovely locals, who chat as if they know you & are happy to see you. Wonderful hotel. Centrally located. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and quiet.

Absolutely awful. Went in for tea & scones whilst on a visit to Carlingford. Scones were microwaved to within an inch of their life & consequently as hard as pork scatchings. Totally inedible. Would not recommend.
