Fantastic agent at checkin! So friendly & efficient. Welcome was so great, would definitely recommend staying here

The room was great but I stayed two days and made notice to clean the room. When I came back it looked the exact same bathroom wasn't cleaned, bed not made, garbages were the only thi g that got taken out by the look of it. Other than that the hotel is very good, lobby and breakfast very nice too.

Snow dumping operations were in effect in the empty lot next to the hotel. Dump trucks were clanking their liftgates all night long. I did not sleep at all even after moving rooms at 2 AM.

We picked this hotel because it’s brand new and from the outside it looks amazing. It was beautiful and clean but unfortunetly that’s where the good review ends. There is ZERO sound proofing in this place. When I tell you I could fully hear every conversation happening in rooms around us I’m not exaggerating. We could hear every single footstep made in the room above us and every single door closing. Nigh**are for trying to sleep. And the beds.. if you want a backache this is the place for you. Yikes. Never again.

Could not change the room temp. It was fixed and no one was available to fix it. Called front desk and they never got back to me after saying they will. It was minus 20 outside and room was freezing cold with no access to change anything on thermostat. Water pressure for shower was slow.

Juice machine at breakfast didn’t work. Run over to shoppers drug mart and get some cartons! Otherwise great.

Amazing stay. Great staff, comfortable bedroom, easy parking lot, and a perfect breakfast. Absolutely everything was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Overall a clean and comfortable hotel. What was lacking was a quality breakfast which is included. The offerings were quite small compared to other hotels in the similar price range
