勞倫很棒 - 爲我們找到了一個房間,當我們的航班在幾個小時前取消時,我們能夠在早上7點左右入住。勞倫甚至爲我們打印了新的登機牌。可愛的工作人員。房間很小,但很好,但沒有額外的枕頭。浴室淋浴很可愛-非常強大:)空調說18度,但我不確定它是否那麼酷。位置很好,物超所值。再次,對勞倫的讚美!記住-現場沒有餐廳,但門階上有很多選擇!

It's been recently renovated so my room was very smart and clean. Breakfast was good. It's above a busy pub so there will be noise in the afternoon and evening. It was also a very reasonable £65 to stay on a Saturday night.

Installtions are dated. The first room they gave us didn’t have air conditioning, they changed it for another one with a disabled toilet that wasn’t very easy to use, one of the bathroom lights was hanging loose from the ceiling. Staff were helpful

我去酒吧吃東西,但是因爲有94人蔘加會議,所以沒能去。這不是我的問題。我的抱怨是在大廳裏坐着的時候,我無意中聽到一位坐在輪椅上的女士和她的朋友受到餐館工作人員的歧視。這位女士試圖離開大樓,但是因爲她需要進入斜坡,所以不能不經過餐廳。她試圖穿過,但被告知“只需等待排隊(等待食物)才能下去”。我覺得這情況很糟糕,這位女士顯然對這種歧視態度感到非常不安。另一位客人走近這對夫婦,問發生了什麼事。他們解釋說,他和我的想法完全一樣......“他們能不能不要求排隊爲你移動?”在幾秒鐘內,那個人顯然抱怨了,然後又出現了,說跟我來,他們要求排隊移動。對陪審團的歧視是多麼令人作嘔的表現。那位女士顯然非常難過,等了幾分鐘,然後在這位先生表現出他的關心和更多的常識的幾秒鐘內,這位女士能夠離開大樓。我不知道什麼更讓我難過!這位女士顯然受到了歧視,因爲被告知要等,或者她不得不用後門離開大樓,開始......而不是在陪審團的客棧!非常糟糕的表演。建築物前面的斜坡將解決這個問題,首先防止這個問題。

It is not the hotel thats the problem but the hotel owner/ manager. Not only was he blunt but his customer service is appalling. His staff was coping very well but he had to interfere under mining them as well as us ,as guests I am a 62 year old married man and being told that now hes got our money he can order us out, i dont think is the correct attitude to have dealing with his guests and this was before we even got our room keys. If it wasnt for customers as myself his business wouldn't survive and after the covid epidemic , you would think he would take more appreciation than putting people off to stay at his hotel I have travelled the world and never done a review before but i couldn't let future guests be dealt with in such a disrespectful manner as this hotelier treated me
