really enjoy staying at towneplace suites, the breakfast, the staff, the location 👍👍. definitely will be staying here again

Stays here for 2 nights and left feeling sick and dirty. The place is filthy and disgusting with the one of the worst odors I have ever smelled in my life embedded in all the furniture, rugs , even the bathroom. The dishes hadn't been washed well- still wet and sticky with mildew on them. The people who stayed there before must have really stunk up the place and the hotel was not able to remove that smell but it was even in the hallways and the carpets. Countertops were sticky, felt dirty, grimy and dusty everywhere. Stay away unless you want to get sick. Disappointed to see Marriott put their name in this establishment. I could have stayed at motel 6 and felt less filthy and dirty leaving.

SURPRISE FEE: After traveling for over 9 hours, when we received the choice of early check-in, we were thrilled! But what a surprise! Even though the app did not say anything about an earl check-in charge, nor was it mentioned anywhere, we were surprised that when we checked in at 1pm (even though our room was ready) we were told that to get the key, we needed to pay a $50 fee for the early check-in. Our other choice was to wait until 4pm! We were exhausted so paid it just so we could get some rest. CLEANLINESS: When we opened the door, there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning chemicals to the point that we needed to leave the door opened to be able to breath. We thought that at least the room was clean but as we walked in, there was a large peanut M&M clearly visible next to the bed! If the room was cleaned, they would have noticed the M&M! Later, my husband thought he dropped something behind the couch so he moved it to look for it but we were surprised to find a child's underwear and a pair of socks behind the couch! It was not a large or heavy couch so why didn't the cleaning people see it if they cleaned the room? We were too tired to go complaint and possible have to move rooms. Once we rested we brought it up to the front desk/manager. Se seemed surprised and said she would bring it up in their next meeting but it was still there when we left!

Don't waste your time or money. I had nothing but problems during my stay. Hotel originally was not going to honor *******'s pricing that I booked through, and it took hours going back and forth with ******* and the property until the property agreed to charge *******'s rates. I requested housekeeping everyday and the told me it was not possible and I would receive housekeeping every other day of my stay. I only received housekeeping once, and the housekeeper not only did not make the bed but also left my door open all day. My valuables could have been stolen or someone could have been waiting in the room when I got back. There was a fire in the middle of the night my last night there and we all had to evacuate and I had to be relocated. Hotel gave me a bill showing that they were not going to be charging me for my stay and then charged me days later anyway, overdrawing my account. Hotel staff assured me I would get the full refund which the manager refused to do.

Great stay. Staff was top notch. Very accomodating and super friendly. We loved the breakfast. Only complaint was the 'modern' shower. It was only half a door and the other half was the open concept. It got the floor outside very wet. Staff was very accommodating and gave us lots of towels.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and very nice. The rooms were updated and very comfortable and The breakfast in the morning was a nice treat. Would definitely stay there again.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, especially Wanda at the front desk. The room was immaculately clean. We couldn’t have been happier.

It was a very relaxing experience. The staff was helpful and they had a pickleball court!

This was our first stop on a multi state road trip. Wendy at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. She was quick to give us the supplies we needed for the sofa bed and gave us all the necessary info regarding our stay. We always enjoy having a kitchen when traveling with a family of 4. A quick to trip to Walmart 2 miles up the road and we had dinner prepared and leftovers for another day. The sofa bed was the least comfortable for my kids of any of the hotels we stayed in but overall it was a good stop.
