Great location, really nice friendly and helpful people, however - hotel room needs renovation, especially its bathroom. Restaurant in hotel was very poor and overpriced for food and service. People at the reception desk were great and helpful. Overall we had great stay in Harare!

Estuvo buena la estancia. El único tema fue la velocidad del restaurante. Pero es un problema en todos los países de África que conocí. Y tienen un problema para calibrar el agua tibia. El personal me ayudó bastante.

The hotel location is perfect, within the city centre thus central to everything around harare

In terms of location it's nice that's in the business area but it can be noisy at times the atmosphere is great the rooms are okay they could be better value I'd say is valid it's clean but sometimes room service would come late it's very noisy at night and during the day the service is good staff is friendly and welcoming the amenities are not bad and rather alright

What a night we had at Tiffany's lounge. We really had the best dinner ever. The meal was perfect,the service was very good.Thumps up to Sir Alex,he outdid himself on the 'Flambeed'. Will definately go there again. What an experience we had.

Cresta Jameson is good and has excellent service, the staff is always willing to assist and they are always friendly and provide excellent service

Truly an amazing staff. From the Bell Desk, to Concierge, Chefs, Front Desk Staff you name it they are all amazing and made me feel like I was at home during my stay!

very friendly staff, clean, good customer service, my only complaint is that my bed was very uncomfortable. and the toilet flashing system needs improvement. Hotel location is favorable, easy to find and get transportation around town.

Room 421 is dismal in the morning because the sun shines directly on the bed making further rest impossible. Even with closed curtain the sun is unbearable. However the staff is very friendly and the manager's hospitality is commendable
