Seashell Suites and Villas- Candolim Goa

Ich kann jeden das hotel empfehlen! Die suite ist sehr groß, sehr sauber, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und *** wird im hotel wie ein König behandelt. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln! Das frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend! Die Lage is super! Gleich um die Ecke gibt es ein großes Supermarkt, viele Restaurants, Bars und kleine Geschäfte. Nur ca.5 Minuten zum Strand. Vielen Dank für den Kochkurs mit Herrn Nitin, der mir die leckeren Gerichte beigebracht hat! Immer wieder gerne! Zum Geburtstag wurde meine suite mit Luftballons geschmückt und es gab eine leckere torte 🎂 immer wieder gerne! Vielen lieben Dank an die Geschäftsleitung, die sich ständig um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste kümmert und an den Chefkoch, Herr Nitin, der jeden Tag die leckeren Speisen zaubert!

Het hotel is een oase van rust en ligt toch pal aan de hoofdstraat in Candolim. Goed advies gekregen over restaurants in de omgeving en ook is er voor mij een massage/pedicure geboekt. Kamers zijn heerlijk ruim en de bedden fijn. Ook het ontbijt en de poolservice was fantastisch.

Nous avons séjourne 6 jours dans une villa de ce complexe à taille humaine. Très beaux jardins, Villa pour 6 très calme, très propre, bien climatisée ou ventilée. Le bébé de 4 mois qui était avec nous a été choyé par les personnes de l’hotel . Le personnel est très attentionné, sans être trop présent. Les jardins et piscines très agréables. Le chef fait une nourriture excellente, variée et de grande qualité pour des prix très abordable. Nous avons pu nous faire servir dans notre villa tous le temps. Le buffet des petits déjeuners pris en salle est copieux, européens et indiens avec un personnel en salle très nombreux et souriant . Le personnel du service extérieur et de l’accueil est parfait. A l’accueil de bons conseils pour les taxis avec chauffeur pour la journée ou tout autre questions. Le propriétaire et son ***agement à toujours eu un mot de gentillesse le matin au petit déjeuner.En quelques mots du 5 étoiles pour un rapport qualité prix gentillesse efficacité confort propreté imbattable.

Добрый день! Запоздало пишу отзыв о прекрасном отеле. Отдыхали в отеле в новогодние каникулы 2023 года, прилетели 2 января, утром, заселили раньше времени, без вопросов. Зона ресепшн очень красивая, сотрудники очень милые, довели до номера, все показали. У нас был забронирован самый обычный номер в основном здании, поселили на верхнем этаже, балкон выходил практически на дорогу и какой то жилой дом, вид не то чтобы шикарный), но при этом звукоизоляция очень неплохая и шум от дороги не мешал совершенно. Помимо основного здания есть виллы, они чуть дальше от дороги и разумеется уже дороже, в основном были заняты индийскими туристами и их большими семьями. Контингент отеля, 20% россияне, 30% европейцы, 50% богатые местные, к выходным их становится больше) Территория отеля просто потрясающая, все чисто невероятно, красиво, вечером включается подсветка, и даже травят комаров, невиданное для этой страны мероприятие) Есть два бассейна. Номер прекрасен, досточно большое помещение ванной комнаты, большая душевая. Косметика конечно посредственная, но есть) Бритвенных и зубные наборы вроде были. Полотенец всегда было достаточно, пополняли исправно. Ремонт хороший. Кстати есть и пляжные полотенца тоже. В самом номере удобная кровать, две тумбы рядом, два диванчика, стол рабочий, тумба низкая, тумба высокая, большой шкаф, минибар с водой, халаты, тапочки, зонты. В номере есть чайник, ежедневно пополняют двумя бутылками воды. Места для всего предостаточно, сам номер очень большой, опять же по меркам Гоа просто огромный), много розеток, хорошее освещение, уборка отличная. Был момент, у нас сломался чайник, позвонили на ресепшн, тут же пришел сотрудник, забрал сломанный, через пять минут принес новый, удивительный сервис для Гоа. Один раз сдавали вещи в прачечную, очень оперативно все, ничего не испортили) стоило копейки. У нас был включен завтрак, также ресторан при отеле работает в течение дня, можно заказывать и по меню, цены ну может быть чуть выше, чем на улице, готовят хорошо, ужинали несколько раз, остались довольны. На завтрак на выбор несколько блюд, которые готовят "под вас", также шведский стол порядка 10-15 блюд, много соусов, есть сладость и фрукты. К завтракам вопросов нет вообще, все хорошо, в ресторане прекрасные официанты, все очень стараются, улыбаются, просто шикарное обслуживание. Практически каждый день приходит собственник или его сын, проходит, спрашивает как дела, все ли нравится, тоже показатель. Локация отеля просто потрясающая, рядом два больших супермаркета (что в Гоа уже редкая удача), выбор в которых с каждым годом становится все лучше, в основном там маленькие магазинчики. Напротив отеля есть банк с банкоматом, работающим с юнион пей, прекрасно снимали там деньги. Кстати нормальные магазины в Панаджи (типа левайс, вранглер, пепе джинс, беннетон и т д) принимают карты юнион пей к оплате. Das war das beste Hotel welches wir in Goa hatten. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und besticht durch 3 Pools. Eingebettet in einem tropischen Garten. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal besticht durch eine unübertroffene Aufmerksamkeit und erfüllt die Wünsche der Gäste professionell. Ich kann die vielen anderen tollen Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Staff are excellent, hotel is spotless and rooms are big and airy. Good supply of chilled water and a/c !! Plenty of good restaurants outside the door and taxis etc . Owner of hotel makes it his business to greet and chat to all. Pool area very good with 3 pools to choose from all with relaxing green areas .. special thank you to Sandesh who was so helpful and genuinely friendly!

Goa can be very busy, noisy and dusty. This resort really is a little oasis of tranquility. Beautiful, clean (thank you Prashant and friends) and spacious rooms. The service in particular was amazing. Breakfast buffet is definitely not the biggest but most things are cooked to order and delivered quickly. English or Indian options. Owner was often around and chatting to guests. Came across as a genuinely nice guy and employer. Loads of restaurants in easy walking distance. Saw lots of colourful birds including stunning kingfisher. Gardeners constantly keeping grounds immaculate. 3 pools to choose from with easy access.

The hotel was like a home as also mentioned by the owner Mr Shelly Gonsalves. The staff are very courteous and always smiling and greeting. Awesome villas, excellent housekeeping and excellent food.

You'll be looking at the reviews and wondering if the 5* rating is fake. We did too. Very rarely does somewhere get consistently high ratings without any influenced request. This hotel is different...very different. It was that good we extended our stay for a further 6 nights. Set a few metres from Candolims beach road you'll find the Seashell, and first impressions are very good. Staff are quick to take your luggage and entry into the reception area gives the feeling of luxury, especially with a £15,000 imported chandelier dangling from above. The staff are what make this hotel as good as it is and all details have been thought of. Infact there are over 130 staff ready to tend to your every need day and night. We can't possibly name them all but you'll understand when you stay. We stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor which was a big room and kept immaculate by housekeeping each day. 2 x 1 litre bottles of water were delivered each day and an ample size fridge was ideal to keep them chilled in a very hot Goa. Shower pressure was probably the best we have experienced anywhere in the world, so please don't worry if you are used to the normal feeble Indian water pressure. It's like a power hose. Villas are very well laid out and perfect for families. We were actually jealous we didn't book one but the space would have been wasted on us. 3 pools meant plenty of space for everyone, although sunbeds by the main pool were sometimes difficult to get and a lot of the guests reserved these from early morning. Pool towels are placed on the sunbeds for use by guests so you won't need one. Rooftop cocktails on an evening are hand made, of good quality and very reasonably priced for this type of hotel. Small bottles of Tuborg or Kingfisher are 100rs + GST. Food wise every item we had was of good quality and the chefs (including Chef Nitin) do a remarkable job of being consistent on presentation and flavour. Breakfast has lots of choice and has probably the most amount of options we've seen in any hotel worldwide. If you want to pay for it then it's 600rs per person plus GST...which at the time of writing is 18%. Definitely worth it and I'm usually a true tight Yorkshire***. The directors are always present at breakfast time and mingle with the guests which is great to see. We've actually filmed this hotel for our YouTube channel Parks Travel Guide as we loved it that much, which gives a full rundown on it so if you'd rather see it then give it a search. A couple of cons for us of what we would like to see in the future...and believe us we had to look hard. 1. Firmer pillows if requested. The pillows are very soft and I often had to use towels to firm them up a bit. 2. A proper pool bar. Transforming the space into a walk up pool bar to avoid staff having to keep running to the restaurant. Service was often slow so this would speed it up. An easy adaptation given the space available. That's about it. We couldn't really find anything to grumble about.
