Arrived at Breathless on a Sunday afternoon. At check in, they wanted to connect my room key directly on my phone but I asked for a regular key card as I did not want to carry my phone around. She said they ran out but she will check. She came back a few minutes later with a card. Other than that, check in was smooth. I was taken to my room and shown around how to use everything. Many of the controls are digital which is nice for a tech savvy person, but my 80 year old dad was with us and he couldn’t figure out how to use anything. The remote control for the tv in my room wasn’t working. Had to connect the tv to my phone to control it. Really annoying! Monday morning we went to the pool on the roof (not roof top because that’s private). We put towels on the lounge chairs and asked if that was ok. The worker said yes nobody will take those seats as long as towels are there. We went to breakfast and came back, towels were gone. The same person we asked if it was ok to leave them, couldn’t answer why they were taken.
Towels: every single day we were there, we would put towels down, go eat or in the pool, come back with people in our seats. Don’t waste your time reserving a chair unless you’re not going to leave your seat.
Food: buffet had so many options but nothing tasted good. We tried most of the restaurants and the food was mediocre at best. The French was awful, Italian was ok, Fish bites was hit or miss. The best food was at the Japanese restaurant on the rooftop w
