Heard it was renovated in 2021 and is a 5star hotel. The rooms are clean and big as expected from Muong Thanh. Location is ok, daytime nothing much in the surrounding only a few nearby eateries selling banh xeo. But at night there are more activities. Close to Ben Ninh Kieu, 5mins by car. Breakfast is nice with ample selection. Overall satisfied with the stay.

酒店很乾淨，工作人員很熱情。我真的很喜歡為入住酒店的客人提供的免費咖啡和蛋糕區。因為我11:30比預想的早到了，可能是一周的開始，有一個房間，工作人員很樂意讓我提前免費入住。

入住體驗挺好，雖說第三次入住的時候價格比前兩次的都貴，但是和周邊其它酒店對比就會覺得物有所值。生活出行便利，環境舒適，沒啥短板。

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. 環境真的很棒，遺世獨立的小島，到處是鬱鬱蔥蔥的古老榕樹，一天兩次房間衛生，酒店人員素質也很好，每次見麪會微笑。島上可以騎自行車，在荷香中與大自然共舞，真是美好！最重要的是在這次抗擊疫情中，酒店人員沒有排擠中國人，幫我們準備各種我們所需物品，多次諮詢我們航班情況，讓異鄉的我們感受到家的溫暖。到目前為止，唯一一個住了六晚還不膩的酒店。

Loft工作室很乾淨,室內設計很漂亮。雖然有點小,但對於我一晚的住宿來說很好。據說下次我會嘗試更大的房間。價格都非常合理。浴室很乾淨(喜歡)。靠近碼頭。樓下咖啡館不錯,看起來很藝術。肯定會推薦給朋友和家人。

非常好的酒店,靠近海灘,總是乾淨漂亮的房間,有sawwiev,花園裏的游泳池不錯。酒店餐廳的早餐也真的很不錯,各種食物選擇都很多,包括當地水果,來的地方工作人員真的很親切。特別感謝Thuán女士,早餐時間她太親切了,謝謝😊!

Would definitely stay again but we should have upgraded our room. The grounds are lovely with 2 pools but the rooms were a little tired and small. Friendly, knowledgable staff.

這家酒店很大,很新,房間設計寬敞,整潔,早餐菜單比較豐富美味。位於河邊,所以很涼爽。好價錢。整個集團還設有一家餐廳,設有大型容量,咖啡廳和爲客人服務。

位置靠近/在中心,在大街上。房間和照片一樣。有基本需求的一切。工作人員很友好,如果需要,很容易與他們聯繫
