Je pense qu'il y a un petit souci sur votre hotel que vous avez oublié de détaillerbe viens de revenir il y a quelques jours de votre hôtel maintenant j'ai plusieurs preuves contre vous des vidéos des messages que vous avez oublié maintenant je vous comprends totalement vous visez l'argent non le confort des clients pas de souci si vous voulez je peux vous montrer la preuve et je pense que tous les commentaires positifs que vous avez sur votre hôtel on du être acheté ou fait par votre entourage numéro 1 nous avons loué une chambre avec balcon preuve à l'appui il a refusé de nous donner la chambre malgré le mail de notre agence monsieur a préféré ignorer mes messages alors qu'il les a vu sur WhatsApp surtout à savoir que nous demandions juste au propriétaire suite au mails de notre agence une preuve qui nous avait pas donné de chambre avec balcon peut-être qu'il n'était plus disponible mais nous avions besoin d'un simple papier nous pouvons qu'il n'avait pas de chambre pour pouvoir nous faire rembourser par l'agence je trouve qu'ils ont totalement refusé de faire numéro 2 ménage Petit problème sur le ménage nous sommes restés 7 jours du samedi au samedi au bout de 3 jours nous avons demandé à ce que le ménage soit fait on nous a répondu que le ménage ne sera fait qu'une seule fois si nous souhaitons avoir une chambre propre des draps propre et une chambre nettoyer nous devions payer 12 € par jour chose qui n'est pas écrite sur leur site ni sur le site de notre prestataire il est écrit ménage quotidien nous avons évidemment des conversations avec le propriétaire qui peut le prouver si besoin numéro 3 il est écrit balcon commun étant donné que nous n'avons pas eu notre chambre avec balcon le propriétaire nous a emmené dans un balcon commun ce balcon ressemble plus à une décharge publique qu'un balcon bien sûr nous avons fait des vidéos de cela je peut également le prouver numéro 4 sur le site de l'hôtel mais également sur le site du prestataire il est noté qu'il y a possibilité de navette avec supplément bien sûr pour l'aéroport ou pour le ****** chose qui est totalement fausse le propriétaire nous envoie vers un numéro de taxi et bien sûr ni totalement le fait et nous dis que c'est faux que nous mentons alors que c'est bien écrit sur son site preuve à l'appui numéro 5 nous parlons même pas de la literie qui je suis désolé n'est pas digne d'un hôtel matelas mou oreiller très plat chose qui au bout de 7 jours nous donnons le droit à un rendez-vous chez l'ostéopathe pour finir l'hôtel est situé à côté d'une maison de retraite la chose où vous avez bientôt y aller je vous souhaite une très bonne soirée toute personne qui veut mon adresse mail pour avoir toutes les preuves je suis prêt à vous la donner en commentaire et vous verrez de vous-même tout est mensongère sur son hôtel pour finir je vous déconseille cet hôtel mensonger propriétaire très arrogant refusant de nous répondre refusant le bien-être de ses clients pour finir je ne vous conseill

Chambre très confortable et très propre. Hôtel proche de l'arrêt d'autobus pour Venise. Propriétaire très accueillant, très serviable et de bon conseil. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner excellent café italien et croissant à l'italienne très gourmand. C'était parfait !! Je recommande vivement le Feel Inn

I would not recommend this hotel… it seems to be in a bad area. A row broke out on the street between locals while we stayed there and they ended up in our hotel and on our balcony fighting. We complained to owner who ended up being very rude to us. Our kids were so frightened that we left and ended up sleeping in the airport. Owner did not attempt to compensate us. Told us it was our problem.

My husband booked this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport and low price. It had been raining the day we arrived. When we enterrd the building the first thing we noticed was the dampness and musty smell. The first floor was flooded so badly that the carpets made a squelching sound when stepped on. The man at the desk apologized and showed us to our room. He was friendly and filled with advice, but all the advice and suggestions he gave us were wrong. The restaurants he recommended we walk to were closed for the afternoon. He told us we could pay for bus fares on the bus to get to the vaporetto. (You can't). He asked us what time we were leaving for the airport after check out and told us he would arrange a taxi. It never showed. Yes, we did find something to eat, find our way to the vaporetto, and call our own taxi and get to the airport. That isn't the point. Arrival in a foreign country where we don't speak the language is stressful. Why throw up additional barriers and stressors? If you don't have information or can't be of assistance, don't offer it. Although we were not thrilled with the accomodations we didn't want to waste our short time in Venice looking for another hotel. As it continued to rain off and on over our two day stay, I watched the water spot grow on the ceiling of our room and wondered if it was going to hold up or if we'd wake up covered in rainwater and wet plaster. The location of this property is quiet, it is about twenty minutes from the airport, and is convenient to buslines. There are several restaurants and small shops nearby. Most of the restaurants close in the afternoon. This is not a tourist area. I would say we wouldn't return, but I don't know how much longer this building is going to last.

Very neat and clean. Hotel manager was a very nice guy who personally taken care everything you need. Easy access to all destinations. Hotel was nicely decorated. New owner of the hotel renovated the hotel such a nice way.

The worst i ever experience. 1. i booked due there advertisement Airport Shuttle what they refuse and say orbitz did it. Even on the website the offer this. ok we take a bus and in the early morning a taxi. 2. with many luggage or handicap you have a problem due he fact you have to move all up 3 stairs. 3. Somebody then make the check in process in a room with copy of the passport on his private cellphone and not normal paper copy - unusual 4. The room is very hot and full covered windows. By removing the cover to open the window surprise in the bathroom aggressive mold and in the living room covered with paint. 5. The AC is working only noisy like a permanent running engine. On Sleeping was not even to think. For this we called all hotel around to possible move only most no respond due closed or sold out. So we decided to stay out of the room as long we could and even the 5 hours at night impossible to sleep due the bad air by possible spreading the mold with the AC. I complete went sick and was at ariving in Madrid due big issues with breathing in the hospital to get some medicamentation. All what we experience we recorded by Foto and video and will report this asap to the authorities in Venice where give this .... a working permission. This "Hotel" not have to mention the name luxury rooms or anything to host travelers and we hope it get investigated. The funny part is to read other reviews where i cant believe that all other rooms would be luxury or hostable

The hotel is located in an unattractive old concrete building, but the rooms are clean and renovated. It is a pity that the curtains do not block light and are even too short to cover the windows completely, so the room is bright at 5am in summer! That also means that the rooms are hot unless the AC is running constantly. Reception is not manned all the time. We feel the hotel is over-priced having tried others in the neighbourhood. We like this neighbourhood because of its excellent location near the airport with easy bus connection (10-15 minutes to the city centre).

What a beautiful experience. We stayed 3 nights before our cruise and a night after. Family meet up with us for a two night stay. We had planned on staying in the Venice Canal area but changed our mind when we located this Inn in our search. This is a family operated business that takes great pride in providing the best customer service. Any questions we had we received a quick response back to our email from the son who speaks several languages. There are numerous items that made our stay memorable and l will list a few. The motels decor gave us the feeling that we were in Venice Italy. It was very clean and quiet. Our choice was the deluxe room that gave us access to a patio. My daughter and her husband have two children and choice the room that was spacious with four separate beds along with patio access. Attached to the building they have a coffee shop that also offers ice cream. Also in the same building you will find a pizza shop and a fruit/veg store. One street over you can catch a bus for less than $2.00 that will take you right down to the Venice Canal and train station within a 15-20 minute bus ride. The family will also assist you in obtaining a taxi if you need to get back and forth to the Marco Polo Airport which is only a short distance away. This motel only has 11 rooms that provides the best experience for a minimum cost. …..Donna/David and family

Hotel very clean, comfy mattress and pillows; the room quite small and attached to the wall. My observation is the room was extremely quite, I believe there was not anybody in the hotel, except for the two of us. That’s make me feel a little uncomfortable, probably I have a lot of imagination, but what will happen if someone decided to break in? Anyway it was a different experience and I am glad we left at 4 in the morning. The taxi was arranged without any problem. I do recommend the hotel, if you want a peaceful place I for a good price.

Hidden Gem, Very nice retro old style hotel, really comfortable beds, clean, with all the main comforts you need, and they are really helpful and friendly people, call or message in advance is advised if you arrive as we did after hours, they gave us clear instructions that were easy to follow also with lovely Gelato café downstairs that makes the best coffee.

Für eine Nacht waren wir hier. Unsere Anfrage wie wir von Venedig zum Hotel kommen wurde super schnell beantwortet. Von der Bushaltestelle (Bus Nr. 5 von Venedig) sind es nur 150 Meter. Das ist der gleiche Bus der dann zum Flughafen fährt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, sogar auf Deutsch. Zimmer groß und sauber und nett eingerichtet. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Zum Hotel gehört auch eine Eisdiele. Wir können beides empfehlen.
