Muy buena atención por parte del personal. Sitio de 10, muy tranquilo y con buena habitación. Repetiriamos.

Logement parfait. À moins de 15min de l’aéroport. Elsa et le reste du personnel sont aux petits soins et organisent tout pour vous : les transferts à l’aéroport, les repas livrés en chambre, la location de scooter et donnent de bonnes recommandations sur les activités à faire ! Tout est propre, de la chambre à la piscine privée. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci !

We booked Bintana sa Paraiso because of its great reviews and its also a Trip advisor 2023 winner so we went for it. What we LIKE: Great and humble staff. They are exceptional The view was marvelous. Food was great. What we DONT LIKE: A LOT The facility itself is not senior-friendly. It has large steps and no side rails to hold onto. The bathroom has a distinct unpleasant smell and its small. It has a loose towel rack and the stainless steel where the shower is attached is loose. You can also see the wiring of the shower that can be hazardous. We booked 2 romantic rooms, the upper and lower suites, so we got to compare the both. The LOWER suite has a bedroom bench and it has more tables. The TV mount is also adjustable and the AC of the room can make the room much cooler. The upper suite has NO bedroom bench, it has only 1 table, and the TV mount is not adjustable (which we complained during our stay but they fixed it right away). Some bulbs are not working. The light bulb switches are confusing. The room itself even though we set the AC to 14C has a warmer temperature compared to the lower suite. Which really disappointed and frustrated us. We complained all night to the staff and to the manager about the this. We checked the other rooms in the resort if the AC of the other rooms has the same condition but only the upper romantic suite has an AC that is not cooling enough. We suggested to the manager to transfer us or downgrade us to the lava room for the rest of our stay because it is cooler there but we weren't allowed since there would be a conflict with the other guests in the succeeding days. So the solution of the management was.. On our first night, we stayed in the LAVA room, gave us free complimentary breakfast and on the next day, we will be transferred back to the original room we booked once the AC technician is done checking whats the problem of the AC. Knowing that it's done, the technician said it has no problem, but the room is still not cooling enough. We placed our mattress on the FLOOR just to feel the cooler air and they lent us 2 electric fans just to make us feel comfortable. I must say, during our stay was the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE stay we had on ALL our travels here in the Philippines. We we're really disappointed during our stay and it's not recommendable at the moment.

L’endroit est magique, les vues sont incroyables et le personnel est très aimable et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est dans un endroit très calme mais il est plus pratique si vous louez un scooter pour les déplacements, sinon il y a la possibilité de prendre les transports en commun (Motorela)

Отличное место! Хорошая цена, красивый вид. Есть нюансы с удобствами, но не критично. Слабый напор воды, шумит кондиционер, иногда заглядывали в гости таракашки. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Можно оплачивать картой, что удобно.

Excepcionales en el trato y la ubicación paradisiaca. Las personas que trabajan allí están pendientes de tu bienestar todo el rato. El desayuno está riquísimo. Y las vistas son… de otro mundo! Nos vamos enamoradas de camiguin y de este hotel.

Un lugar maravilloso donde aloj**** en Camiguín, juntamente con un servicio excelente. De toda Filipinas, para mi sorpresa y sin esperarlo para nada, es donde mejor hemos comido. Sin duda elegir la habitación "Grand Tiki Villa' es la mejor opción con diferencia!!!

Un hotel abandonado, sucio! Lejos de todo ! No lo recomiendo las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad ! No vayan es una verdadera lástima como engañan a sus clientes esta muy lejos y es necesario tener una moto para moverte
