納加頂峰飯店(Summit Hotel Naga)

Needs more improvement on room facilities and services. No information provided on the hotel facilities, city guide, etc.

It has potential, but there were a few kinks. Like when we entered the first room we were assigned, the tv was on, the hand towel had lipstick stains and there was a shopping cart next to the bed - my conclusion is the room may have alrwdy been assigned or the oreviosu occupants have not checked out yet. Also, the next room we got didn't close properly and we jus realized that it was still open when we got back. The good news is, nothing was lost so I am left with faith on the honesty of Bicolanos. The safe was locked though so we weren't able to use it. When we went for dinner, almost all the items we wanted to try weren't available. Otherwise, it was still a pleasant stay, value for money for it's convenience, room type and comfort.

Lobby splendide et accueil chaleureux de la part du personnel Les procédures de check in et Check out se sont déroulées très facilement Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et proposent une belle vue dégagée Le restaurant possède une carte variée et de bons plats faits maison Concernant les points négatifs à améliorer : - problèmes de service au restaurant (plats qui arrivent froid ou tiède) - présence des quelques fourmis au petit déjeuner sur les condiments - petite piscine agréable mais non surveillée (présence de nombreux enfants qui crient perturbant la tranquillité du lieu) - travaux dans la chambre du dessous à 7h du matin, pas digne pour un hôtel de cette qualité - hotel légèrement excentré Malgré ces défauts relevés, l’hôtel reste probablement un des meilleurs de la ville et j’y retournerais avec plaisir

Excellent hotel! We stayed twice during our trip to Caramoan. Staff were really accommodating and friendly- from the guards, to FOs and duty managers, housekeepers and restaurant staff! Facilities and hotel is well maintained. Excellent value for money!

The ambiance of the place is very cozy. Foods are great and yummy. The staffs are very commendable specially to Sir Marvin, Maam Ruth, Maam May and Maam Geri. We are definitely coming back. Thank you again and Kudos to summit cafe. God Bless..

I stayed in The Summit hotel for 6 DAYS. The staff is very courteous and accommodating and very helpful specially the Front Desk and even the security staff which always had a smile for you. The room is very clean with nice amenities. The pool is good as well as the gym. The highlight of the hotel must be the Cafe Summit and the staff there has been wonderful and very accommodating to your needs. I had the breakfast buffet everyday there and the food choices nice and the good has been wonderful. The only glaring thing that I notified the staff is that there is a need for the stairwell landing to have floor numbers for safety purposes during emergencies and this could be easily rectified. The location of the hotel is right next to Robinson’s Mall where they have clothing stores as well as a department store and grocery store. The hotel and the Mall however need to implement ‘contactless payment’ specially Apple Pay where the concept of which is unknown. Most of the rest of the world is now cashless and only ‘contactless payment’

The beds and pillows are exceptional!!! I had a great sleep even with a short time of sleep but the feeling is still comfortable!
